This place is terrible. I had a scheduled appointment, but they canceled it due to the hurricane. Then, they sent an email saying they would see us at the originally scheduled time the following week after the hurricane. So, I showed up the next Wednesday at the time of my appointment, and when I arrived, they simply said they wouldn’t attend to anyone who didn’t have an appointment for that specific day and that they couldn’t see more people. Seriously? I arrived on time, requested permission from my job in advance to leave early, and this is what they tell me? This is truly disrespectful of my time and the effort it takes to arrange leave, not to mention the long wait to be able to request it

Well, just a piece of advice, make your appoints after 11am. Even though I had an appointment at 10am, I did not get in there till about 1130am.. They took a mass amount of walkins around 9am (50 or more ) and made the appointments wait until the walk ins moved through the system. If you have an appointment, there is no point of getting their early because they call all of the appointments at a certain time and then the next batch and they will not call the appointments earlier than the time. Appointment line is to the right of the front door. Once you get in you stand in another line waiting to get a number and then you wait again in the lobby. When you are done with your business with the clerk then you have to wait in another line to pay. Then they make you go outside to collect your new id/license. Why are they doing business outside, who knows but this is going to take hours of your time !! Staff was nice....

I come to expose a situation that occurs in this place. People who arrive early (06:00 pm) install chairs to store the place. Leaving everyone without the possibility of taking the practical exam, because they only give 10 numbers without an appointment and it is only on a first-come, first-served basis. 911 was called to explain the situation. Which has no solution because it is the person in charge of the licensing department who must make the corresponding complaint. They literally leave you without the possibility of taking your exam as soon as you arrive at 10 11 or 12 at night. (They are people who are constantly seen in this office) who sell the place. It's like an open secret. I think there are many ways to earn money, and not exactly with the need of people. I hope that the office will take care of this situation and a healthy solution for the citizenry.

The structure of the place is excellent, but there is a lack of employees to meet the demand, many empty stations. The government should invest more in people to provide service and less in advertising.

And they are all late with Appoitments and also very very rude on passing Information to people! Please do something about it, on putting people in the shade at least! I don’t know what happened, but last time I went, I was in and out under 25 minutes. This time I came back the same way ( with no appointment) and was turned away. I came back at 5:00 a.m. the next day and the line had at least 100 people. We all waited patiently, but by 8 the line had been cut. I wouldn’t have made it in, but luckily I just needed something quick and they let me pass through. What an absolute nightmare. They are understaffed, but most of the people appeared to be friendly (except for the security guard). All in all was four hours of my life I can’t get back, but my fault for waiting until last minute.

Honestly, you will wait a very long time even if you do have an appointment. However, instructor Cesar was very kind, patient, and helpful to the driving exam process. He explained everything well and helped to calm my nerves as I took the exam. Also the manager zaccheus was very helpful. Overall, you may have to wait a bit but some of the staff are exceptional and kind.

Bring a ton of patience at this location, you will feel you have to wait forever to get seen , I have an appointment at 12pm and it has been 2pm my Replacemenr ID has not released. If you are first timer at this location, and have an appointment , there is a line they provide, once inside go directly to information line to get queued .After seating for 1.5 hours I was seen ,by good agent name Stephen( station 3) then go straight to the cashier ,after payment you will asked to go outside and wait 15 mins for your New Id
