Miss Cindy helped me get all my paperwork together and decide what was best when filing for child support today. She was very polite to speak with, and I feel like this place is blessed to have her working for them. As I sat out in the lobby, people who were barely sitting there for five minutes were complaining about them taking their time doing their job. It is pitiful I really think miserable people can make anything difficult for themselves. I wish that these people got more respect after all, they are helping us claim our rights as mothers and fathers! Thankyou again Cindy for all your help!

This place needs some Taliban love big waste of space not very helpful at all and is all about giving you the run around so you can miss work and get locked up they aim to make sure you will end up messed up

You won't reach this office over the phone. Gotta go in person to get stuff done. All the reps at the office are pleasant and helpful! Yes it's tedious to have to go in person but guess what? Most important government agencies are like that. They don't take a long time. Longest I've ever been there was probably a half hour total!

So child support threatens people every month through the mail, but when you try to contact them you can’t!! I can’t call it says too many calls try again later! Get out of here! I go to the website same exact thing the chat says it’s too busy! How can you hold the right to suspend people’s driving licenses but you can’t even answer a phone!

This office is so helpful and the workers are so kind, what everyone doesn’t realize is the number the state post for this office is the hotline in Tallahassee. The Brooksville Office doesn’t have a public number, it’s strictly to go in person and I promise if you do you’ll be glad you did. And also don’t blame the loca office and give them bad reviews for sending out notices, they are there to help and they will! You just have to show up in person. Thank you.

I can't get through to anyone. Either by phone or online. This is very important for parents who aren't getting help from the other parent. And the parent who needs child support can't get food stamps or anything else unless they have signed up for child support enforcement!! Even if they haven't gone to court to get it ordered! Let the parent with the children get food stamps and whatever else whether they've applied for child support enforcement(which I dont understand getting enforcement if they haven't even gone to court yet to get child support ordered) or not. If they are working and paying taxes they deserve help from wherever they can get it!!
