Anna Johnson and Brady, best tax specialist in this department. They were very nice, perfect customer services. I had a high issue in my LLC, and with dedication and professionalism they addressed my situation. That’s the way have to be every single person work in this kind of offices. The place has a clean and nice lobby area, the counter was clean as well.

I visited on March 1st and was appalled to find only one window open. Taking a number and waiting for an eternity to get anything done was extremely frustrating. The inefficiency of this local government office was sadly no surprise.

I got outstanding customer service from Mrs. Calloway at the Coral Springs office today. She was friendly, thorough and very helpful making sure that I was successfully able to handle my business with the Florida Department of Revenue. Thank you very much for helping me....you were awesome!!!

If you want to be given a bunch of attitude and snapped at this is Heaven on Earth for you.

Just called the office to see if they could help me with an issue and you would’ve thought I was this lady’s child the way she spoke to me.

After I told her I don’t appreciate the attitude she flat out hung up on me. Whoever is in charge of reviewing these offices needs to do a customer service training class with the department.

After panicking and being hung up several times, Desiree was a joy to speak with. She provided me comfort in resolving the issue I encountered that was incorrect and went through the steps. She reassured me that everything was okay and her kind spirit went a long way. You never know how a small impact can change someone’s perspective and I am thankful for her assistance last week. Thanks Desiree for the outstanding customer service which is very rare this day and age.

Employees at this office are extremely rude and unwilling to serve the taxpayer, i was told they have an allotted time to speak with the taxpayer, which in my case was about 5 minutes. These people are rude, and incompetent, unfortunately, i have to deal with them again tomorrow to show them proof of a payment which they claimed was returned, and for which they are charging me the amount plus penalties. That's what happens when you hire incompetent people that you can't fire afterwards, they call that progress...ive..in my view
