Plenty of people in the back, but no one answers the phone, and only one window open.. dont waste your time coming in here they move super slow, you will spend your whole day here. Ive been here for 45min with only one person in front of me since ive walked in… They require you to pay these taxes but they definitely dont make it easy. The people who work here look absolutely miserable. This place is very depressing and smells weird.

Title: Horrible Customer Service Experience

I had the unfortunate experience of interacting with one of the employees at the DMV on window 1, 3/1/24 and I must say, it was one of the worst customer service encounters I've ever had.

When I approached the counter to ask a question, the lady was incredibly rude. After I said “Excuse me” Instead of listening to my question, she curtly replied with "ah ah ah" in a condescending manner. She then proceeded to dismiss me, stating she was still working on a previous customer.

Her attitude was unacceptable. It's clear that this individual lacks the basic courtesy and professionalism required for customer service positions. I strongly believe that individuals with this kind of attitude have no place working in any customer service capacity. It's essential for organizations to ensure that their employees treat customers with respect and dignity. My experience at the DMV was incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

Mikki was awesome! I received a letter from the state and after talking to 4 accountants I could not locate what was incorrect. After a very short wait (midday) of less than 15 min, Mikki called my number, pulled up my information, and quickly located the administrative error. She was friendly, extremely courteous, educational, and all around helpful. Thank you for turning a stressful process into a very good day!

We went there today for little complicated paperwork. The lady who is blonde hair ( I dont know her name ) was super nice and helpfull all the filling and corrections about my small business.All office stuff nice and kind. Thank you again!
