I have purchased naval oranges every year to help the local band program with their fundraiser. I placed my order online and requested that they be delivered to my home. I expected them rather quickly since I received notification that they had been shipped like Dec. 6th. I did not received them until the week of Dec. 16th. I kept getting a notification daily from Fed Ex that the fruit was out for delivery, but it never came. I called the company and the lady was rude and of no help! She really acted as if she could care less about my issue. Her lack of help just totally floored me! I finally got my order once I approached a Fed Ex driver that delivered at my work place and the box was on his truck. The box had been taped at some point, but tape had been cut and oranges were not neatly packed as if the box had been opened. The oranges were not fresh, appeared to be old and dried up. We ended up throwing them out. I have been ordering for several years, but highly disappointed this time. I did not have that 40.00 or 50.00 to throw away, but I definitely did! Lesson learned!

I just received my shipment of mandarin oranges. They are so good: large, juicy and sweet! Love them. I sent some as a Christmas gift as well, and the recipients said they are really enjoying them.

We purchased a case of red delicious apples and could not have been more disappointed. None had the desired crispness that is characteristic of the red delicious. Several were bruised, one was rotted at the core, and two came with holes in them.

Naval orange order. Very disappointing. Below average sweetness, small size, no thick rind. Hard to believe these oranges are classified as naval oranges. Next year we'll give our money directly to the school band, rather than support them through this fundraising route.

Florida Indian River Groves should be embarrassed by the Hamlin Juice oranges I just received. 5 are rotten, at least 3 are moldy and the rest look like they were picked up off the ground rather than off the tree. All of them look beat up and are more yellow in color than orange. We cut open one of the ones that wasn't squishy and discovered they don't have much flavor either. They seem to be overripe. I have tangelo and grapefruit trees in my yard and I wouldn't give away fruit that looked like this, let alone sell it. It would go straight to the compost heap.
My Sister sent these as a gift. They were a fundraiser from her daughters school. I understand they were pricey compared to what you would spend at the grocery store. She's quite disappointed. I'm sure the school will be as well. Went on FIRG.com and could not find an email to send a complaint directly.

I ordered to support a local high school band. Quality is what I expect when ordering fruit like this, and I wasn't disappointed! Very sweet, juicy naval oranges. Will be definitely ordering more!

I was happy with the customer service refunding my cost, but didn't not compensate for my trouble, I was so looking forward to some nice taste fruits, I was just one of those rare occasions. And afraid to put up my hard earned money again.
