Remodeling a small bathroom of a 70 year old home can be a challenging task. My experience with Florida Plumbing and sales rep Danny has been nothing but exceptional! From selecting the high end bathroom fixtures to recommending professional plumbers to complete the installation.
As the photos show, even with an eclectic style, you can find everything you need. Danny was a pleasure to work with. Will highly recommend them and their qualified staff!

I am recently remodeled my bathroom and wanted something nice but affordable. Florida Plumbing made that happen. They have a lot of brands at different price levels, which was super helpful for picking out the best products for our project. I liked how the showroom was large and open and well lit. Having the chance to interact with the products and manipulate their mechanisms ahead of making a purchase reassured me what I was buying was the quality product I was looking for. Online things look completely different than when you see them in person, so that was a big plus for me to see everything there in the store. The people working there and the set up made it easy for me to find a product and differentiate my options. I would absolutely recommend Florida Plumbing to my friends and family. They took great care of me and when my wife and I are ready to do work on the kitchen (our next project!), we plan to return to enlist their services with kitchen and flooring updates. In the past we have been treated poorly by kitchen and bath stores. I don't like shopping for furniture online since it's hard to judge the quality until you get it, so I searched for a local showroom that had what I wanted. Florida Plumbing was my first stop because their website said they had the largest display in South Florida, and they sell all the designer brands. I really thought I was set on a Laufen vanity before I got there, but walking around that enormous showroom changed my mind. I fell in love with a Madeli brand vanity display. The clean look and quality was beautiful. And the best part is that they were able to get it delivered in the same week with the custom colored glass top I chose. Plus gorgeous Hansgrohe faucets to match. So glad I did my research and took the drive to Florida Plumbing!

"I mean AMAZING" Alejandro will make sure that everything is just right. He returns calls, follows up to make sure you are 100% happy. Florida Plumbing team is super courteous and professional! Yefferson, Carlos and Rene were so professional and courteous during our purchases. They ensured pick up and delivery of our vanity, mirror and other items on time. Their manager Rob was also very helpful. 10/10 experience!!!

I recently remodeled my complete home and had been referred to Florida Plumbing for my bathroom fixture needs. With 3 bathrooms to completely remodel, we found everything we needed at this store. The salesperson, Martha was very knowledgeable and guided my wife and I in selecting what we needed. We had one minor issue with a bathtub, and the manager Ralph quickly resolved the problem. Their pricing was very competitive and selection and quality excellent. Our bathrooms look great.

I just wanted to take this opportunity, to advise potential new customers who are looking for a great place for Home Remodel of the Excellent CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE, we had with Florida Plumbing.
From the friendly staff, to the Amazing showroom carrying so many choices of brands at every budget level, to the Phenomenal Sales Rep. Efren, who we had the pleasure of dealing with our bathroom remodel. He was so gracious & patient oh & extremely knowledgeable with all the (brands)) to what I wanted to achieve aesthetically, while keeping within my price range. EXCELLENCE is what this store is! mp

The owner of this place needs to talk to their staff about costumer service or hire people who will AT LEAST care a bit much on doing their job correctly.

Be aware that when stepping inside you would be browsing around for at least 20 mm or more with no one to help you out.

After we finally got someone to help out the sales representative help us order a sink that was told to be in stock two days after the purchase (Friday) that Friday I called the sales representative to verify about the sink. His response was to call the store.

I called the store numerous times and after some time I was finally connected with their sales department whom seems not to only not answer the phone but the voice mail left about my situation. By this time it was already pass the weekend.

Since, neither the store or the sales representative care about my situation I decided to personally go “Thursday” already a week passed. When arriving I was inform by their sales department “maria” that the piece was still not in stock. At this time my patience was lost.

This was not the first time that I had purchase items from Florida Plumbing, since they offer very good prices and quality stock, but I don’t agree with how they handle their costumer service.

After all though, I would say that they manage to help us out and that same day we took home a piece that was much better than the one we had order before. The reason why for the extra start. Otherwise it would be a one start rating.

All in all, I hope that this review is read by the right eyes so that something is take Into effect. As a small business owner my costumers are what fuel my industry to progress and do well. If you ignore them, they would leave and make other business grow.
