Nice clean and organized gas stop with a Wendy's and clean restrooms, also have pumps to fill your U-Haul moving truck up with diesel fuel. Gas is reasonable priced being your on the Arizona side, easy in and out to the freeway if your familiar with roundabouts lol.

4 Stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ this flying J actually is a clean, flying J for as old as it is they’ve actually been able to maintain it. The fuel islands are clean. The store is absolutely crazy busy the line to purchase stuff wrapped through the store all the way to the restaurants there was at least 20 to 30 people in line definitely was not a quick in and out visit. The women’s restroom was OK. It definitely could’ve been cleaner but seeing how it is there is so many people in the store. They just probably didn’t have time to get it to that standard. Tons of truck parking ?️ and plenty of fuel islands for trucks and other vehicles. It’s a good flying J. Just not enough cashiers. But they do have a drivers lounge and some relaxing looking massage chairs. Those are definitely a plus. ?
Like my review it will definitely ? help me out. ?

The place is really clean. Food was fully stocked. But I’m giving a 1 star because the staff was awful. My husband went in to pay at the counter due to the card slot not working at the pump. My husband paid $45 on pump 22 and the cashier that was cross eyed put in 32. We went to the bathroom and got food. When we went out we realized the pump wasn’t on, after going back the manager and cashier response was pretty much tough luck. The cashier never repeated the pump number. I could only assume she can’t see 100%. There’s no reason why a customer should have to pay a cashiers mistake.

On the way to California, I stop here for Gas and food.
If I need just gas, I go to mile marker 5.
Today, we got the pizza that was likely out for 2 to 3 hours. Typically there pizza is amazing.
I went back and told Jesus the pizza was no good. He responded they were about to send out fresh pizza.
We bought another piece of pizza for a cold that was going to be coming out fresh.
In the mean time, no apology for the pizza being not fresh, and they sold about 3 more slices of the old pizza while we waited. Then when the fresh pizza came, they finally tossed in the trash the old pizza.
TODAY, BAD EXPERIENCE.
Yet, they aren't always bad, and if the food is fresh, it is good. Hence, not a 1 star. Would of given a 3 star, yet, I'd like them to think about health and service more.

Usually its ok here like most pilots, today however i was informed by the manager “Natalie” that they charge $3 more for fresh cinnabon rolls. When asked to show me this alleged “fresh roll charge” she could not. Then she began making up terms that were no where on their display menu. Apparently the “take home rolls” aka old rolls are the ones for the advertised price. And the fresh rolls are extra, even tho its not anywhere in their display pricing. And when called out for clearly trying to rip me off her answer was to get belligerent and assure me that i wasn’t the only one getting ripped off.

The pilot's staff turned off the cold water on purpose to make it impossible to wash in the shower.
There is cold water in the washbasin, but there is no cold water in the shower.
I approached and asked where the cold water was. They said that now it is extreme heat and therefore there is no cold water at all.
It’s very strange that cold water comes out of the sink, but there is no water in the shower.
This is a deliberate action by these guys to make it impossible to wash in the shower.
What these people did is simply terrible.
If Pilots has this opportunity, these people need to be fired urgently.
The water was so hot that I couldn't take a shower.
The water was very hot and burned my skin, I couldn’t wash myself.
I just left here.
I think that these people deliberately turned off the cold water in the shower so as not to clean the shower.

It's right off the freeway, has a roundabout and have to watch for your turn in. First time was a little tricky getting in, but afterwards (passing by it again) it was easy 🙂

Nice spot to fill up and has aseparate spot for truckers.
