Do not order from this company if you think you might need to return a product. You have to pay the fee to have the item shipped back and they charges a 35% restocking fee, which I didn’t realize until after I already paid to have the item shipped. After paying for tax, which they don’t refund, the 35% restocking fee, the fee to ship the item back and the shipping I paid to have the item delivered to me in the first place my my refund for a $110 bench was $2.14.

These chairs are great quality especially for the price! They also stack up nicely so don't take up too much space. My husband was skeptical about them given their price but he found them to be very sturdy and comfortable. We were both a little skeptical when they arrived as the packaging was pretty banged up. Not even a scratch on the chairs though. If you are short on time, they arrive in a few days so don't worry. I would highly recommend them and will order more should I have a larger event.

Have purchased nearly 2000 chairs from them over the years. Of which only one order needed modification. They couldn’t get the order modified correctly. Will no give direct answers. They do NOT respond to any emails. It should’ve been modified even they said it should have. Now they are wanting to charge 35% for restock. Ridiculous!

The chairs quickly and are very sturdy. We ordered 60 and they were all in good shape. We also ordered a couple of dollies for the chairs and they came about a week later. The only negative part was the shipping communication. The tracking numbers they sent never actually worked so I just had to tell my staff and keep my fingers crossed that they arrived at a good time. Thankfully, they did.
