I means it’s Foot Locker so there’s nothing specific about the store or merchandise I can say. If you know then you know. So regarding the staff, they were all friendly for the most part and helpful. They even tolerated my grandson who’s a toddler and attempted to reorganize the shoes on the wall and help wherever he thought was needed lol! They were very kind to us both. Will come back again whenever I’m visiting the area.

I bought a pair of shoes for my husband yesterday. Because they didn't fit, I took them to return them today, but they wouldn't let me return them. They gave me all kinds of excuses. I advise everyone not to shop at this store.

I was in the 07951 Location, Friday April 5th for a pair of New Balance which was displayed on the wall, and I was told by Leniya that the match was sold with a mismatch size. I came back the next day to see the SAME shoe displayed again and was helped by a different worker who was VERY helpful and tried her best to find the other match. Her supervisor, Leniya was still no help, in which made it seem like she was trying to keep the shoe for herself.

Went in with my eight year old. Not one greeting from the four standing around. Only customers in there, and all I heard was N word this, N word that. Loudly and repeatedly. I turned and said to the only decent one, come on, language. She immediately said hey guys there is a kid in here. The one girl said, he be aight. Do better. Not one have a good day when leaving either.

I come to this store regularly but today was a disaster. Seemed really helpful attendant was going to get my size and then we keep waiting and waiting and waiting to realize he hopped on register the whole time we were waiting! I told him that it was quiet rude and when I threw the word manager out there he apologized. The manager on duty, older woman, doesn’t have much of the manager skills because she saw us waiting regards to a situation that involves dirtiness on shoes but did not offer to concern herself about the situation where another manager would ask how they can help or what the issues was, she simply try to ignore the situation. The man manager who is there I guess during daytime hours keeps a tight well organized shop, the night time manager allows the store to run amuck.
