My granddaughter purchased a top out of her Birthday money. The top is falling apart. Took it to exchange it within your 30 day policy and refused!!! Under the consumer credit act faulty goods can be returned within the stipulated time!! Your terms and conditions

I am a carer and took a disabled girl in to buy a top. On the hanger was a yellow label showing it was reduced, took it to the till and the female who served us took it off the hanger which she threw it behind her and charged full price. When I said it should be reduced she said it shouldn't and none of the others had anything on saying they were reduced. That is because they only put the yellow label on the item at the front of the rail, which was the correct size. Refused to honour the discounted price. Shockingly bad service, the girl I care for was very upset.

Terrible service. I purchased 5 jackets, at the till asked for bags and was told they didn’t have any. I asked what inwas supposed to donas I couldn’t carry 5 jackets around town without bags, they were puffer jackets so not small, plus it looked like i might have stolen them. So the girl serving us, she was trying her best to help and asked her manager what to do, the manager had the worst attitude ever. Her response was either take them without a bag or leave them, and if i was that desperate then to go across to footlocker opposite and ask them for bags. I was taken aback by her response and attitude. She did not care at all. A colleague turned up with their lunch/food in a rather large carrier bag and she had the audacity to order them to take their food out of the bag and give them bag to us. Ewww No thank you. Disgusting attitude!!! Poor customer service!!!

I purchased a women's Canada zavetti coat, took it back for a refund!! An I'm still waiting on the refund to go into my bank account a month later! I'm absolutely livid!!! £130 that I didn't have to lose straight down the effin drain!! Will never shop there again!!

Unprofessional, opening time is 11am, door still closed & didn’t open until got 11:05. Staff are rude.
Try and avoid this Footasylum at all costs.

first and foremost, the staff isn’t helpful at all. i waited over 15 minutes to try on converse. this is the most basic shoe there is, if there isn’t a size available i completely understand- the issue is that the staff didn’t tell me. i just walked out. this leads me to the second point, the music is so disorienting, it’s so incredibly loud and i get that this is a business tactic where they blast music so you don’t think how overly priced everything is but it truly bothers me. if you can handle it, by all means go but don’t expect anyone to help you.
