So I was the lady who walked in on Valentine’s Day at 12:30 p.m. with a special request, last minute with hope I might be able to get my Mother a similar arrangement my Father would give her on special occasions especially Valentine’s Day. This was my moms first Love day without my Father since his passing. Forever flowers went OVER and beyond for me on this hard day for my mom. The arrangement they put together for my Mom was beyond what I could have asked for. They treated me with kindness and understanding bc I came in last minute. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You will forever have business from my family and Gatorgas. Customer service is everything and you all have it figured out.

Forever Flower & gifts did an arrangement for us for the funeral of a family member. We live in Tennessee and we were able to order online and have it sent to the exact location we needed. We got designers choice and it is above and beyond what I could have asked for! Definitely a talented florist.

I love this flower shop. When I need flowers, I could easily call them and let them know what I want. But, I prefer going in and visiting with the family and the pups. They make you feel so welcome and do a great job and listen to what you want. Here is the latest arrangements they made for me for a couple of friends that have birthdays this week............

After my father had passed away my sister and I went in to order flowers for the funeral. Lori made me laugh, she brightened my day and she got everything we needed done.

When we went to pick up the flowers the day before the funeral they stayed open when they didn't have to so that we could get the flowers on time. I was running late to pick the flowers up and I called to tell them ahead of time. I was worried I wouldn't be able to get the flowers, they said they would see me soon.

When we got to the funeral we noticed that we had not received the number of roses that we ordered, when we notified the shop they immediately apologized and got to working on the refund.

I live in Arizona, after I got home I received a card in the mail where they were offering their condolences on my loss and they had included the receipt for the refund. I had received the refund to my account already at this time.

They did make a mistake, but the important part of this review is that they went above and beyond to make sure that it was fixed and I know they were more upset with themselves than I was with them. They are very good people and they genuinely care about their customers. I would absolutely use them again should I have to(as I live in Arizona I don't do a lot of my shopping in Trenton, FL)
