I found a bracelet that did not have a price tag. I asked the owner how much. She said $10 (half-off sale). I agreed to buy it and another item. When I was ready to pay, she told me the bracelet was $25. I said she quoted $10. She said that was for a different bracelet! Then why was this the one that she had ready for me to purchase, the one I had selected and left with her while I continued to shop? Needless to say, I left without purchasing either item. What a poor business practice! We were the only customers in the shop. One star is one star too many for this shop!

The shop owner was rude and followed us around the store. She finally asked if Phoenix had a store like this. When we replied, “yes, a few,” she began to argue with us and say that people come from around the world to see her store. Her prices are marked about 10x what they are worth, second story is not opened, bathrooms were out of orders, areas blocked off, spiders everywhere, no air, and very dusty. My sister and I will never go back again. Antique shop from hell!

Very bad musty moth ball smell as you enter. The older women sales person (possibly the owner?) is extremely rude…putting on the very high pressure old fashion sales routine. She showed us a few things and then said “you need to pick something’s because I have better things to do than keep showing you items”. Of course we were the only customers in the store the whole time we were in the shop which was about 1/2 hours. Not any real interesting items anyway and way over priced. They have a permanent 50 percent off on items that are originally 400 percent over priced. We did buy a few things for little gifts and it appears she over charged us but I was just so glad to get away from this crazy comically rude person that I didn’t look over her bill carefully. Avoid this place at all costs. One of the worse places. One star is too much. Read the positive reviews carefully…they appear to fake based on the wording.

A friend and I came in and looked at mugs. The owner stood behind us and watched what we were looking at. My friend decided against the mug she was looking at and we were going to leave. The owner then hounded her on why she was not going to buy it. My friend pointed out an imperfection for the $40! Mug that was originally $82! And she told her that’s not a reason to decide against it. Super odd and off putting behavior from a small business owner!

The store has been here in town for 18 years, filled with many nice items, wide variety of jewelry, friendly staff. This business is the talk of the town! Many people have complimented on the store.

I’ve walked into here a couple of times. The first thing is that the smell of the place is a little overwhelming. Very musty. The stuff was ok, prices were very high on the few items that I found of interest. Tons of jewelry and stuff packed into every corner. I would almost say it’s more of a personal collection then anything else.

It's hard to catch this place being actually open. But at last, we did. Huge selection of jeweler and other items but I had a general feeling that items were somewhat overpriced. Staff was pleasant but a bit aloof. Didn't find a bargain or anything that was worth the price. May try again.

I shop antiques around the world and I have never come across a more rude shop owner. I came to buy antique icons for my collection and was interrogated about where I am from and chased out. What year is this? Sadly, this was not my first bad experience here.

The hours are ridiculous. The antiques are nice but many are not marked, highly overpriced, and there is no air conditioning. Climate control is needed for antiques and art in Arizona. There are other places to shop and very nice businesses for art or antiques around the corner. Avoid this store in your travels.
