Cute and quirky place that is like hitting the souvenir jackpot. I was able to grab a little something for everyone on my list without breaking the bank. The ladies working were fun to banter with, and they carry bottles of cold water. Definitely stop in before you leave.

A must if you are in the area. Amazing family experience. Dogs are Welcome and can join to experience of sipping from the Fountain of Youth water in their own Fountain of Pooch!!! Immerse in pure history and enjoy their Planetarium! What a great and friendly experience brought by an AMAZING group of employees that are VERY friendly and knowledgeable about their jobs. Definitely going back and would recommend to anyone in the area. It is also a "at your own pace" park. Beautiful!

Want exactly what I expected but it was a beautiful area and the fact that you can drink from the fountain is pretty cool. I loved the peacocks that wander around the property! The weapon demonstrations were definitely a highlight as well but beware they are very loud!

The Fountain of Youth property was informative and exciting. As a Florida homeschool parent I was elated to take my daughter and best friend during our recent trip to Jacksonville and St Augustine.
As we do at any museum, exhibits, etc we headed to the Gift Shop to stock up on cool merch, I LOVE supporting local businesses through their merchandise.
It’s a crazy mix of items, more so what you would find in the beach gift shops throughout the US.
We grabbed a couple items that I know we wouldn’t find anywhere else ($80 worth of items between us)
Honestly I am giving such a low star review because of Patty, the lack of customerservice and attitude was disgusting. Both my best friend and I didn’t want to carry a purse and opted to grab $100 bill each and our phones for Apple Pay.
Checking out separately our bills were about $40 each when I went to hand Patty my hundred dollar bill she stated that they did not have change, which is completely understandable and I was pulling up my Apple Pay when she threw my hundred dollar bill at me across the counter. Honestly I was ready to leave my items and walk out but my best friend grabbed my stuff and just paid all together with her hundred dollar bill. I will definitely visit the fountain of youth again as it has a great history however I will never spend another dollar in the gift shop. It was the follow up attitude, the lack of care for customers, and the disorganized staff that will keep us away from the gift shop for good.
