So far so good! Dave was a wonderful salesman; Very upbeat and knowledgeable and will do anything to make the customer happy ! There’s still some things that need to be touched up and the grading and finalizing of the land around the new home, but that’s not any fault of theirs. I have been having health issues since we moved in the home and have not been able to be available for them to come out and finish the job. Dave is wonderful and reminds me how I still have time under the one year contract agreement to have these things corrected and the ground/land to be completed around the new home . I am confident that they will be true to their word at finishing the job and fixing the slight blemishes because although I’ve had my home for nine months, they are still prompt at returning my texts/calls and answering any of my questions or concerns . Dave has been a wonderful resource every step of the way from finding a new home, financing, delivering and just simple every day questions about my new home! Although his part of the job is done, he never lets me down. He always answers my texts and calls promptly and thoroughly. It gives a single mom great peace of mind knowing this team is in my corner !
I was very uneasy about purchasing a manufactured home because of all the bad rap they get. However, after friends and family have visited me at my new home, they were amazed at how beautiful it is. After hearing of my experience with freedom homes and visiting my new home themselves, I have two coworkers who plan to buy from freedom homes as well.

We decided to buy land and put a mobile home on it back in January. We spoke to a few other dealers and could not believe the markups and total cost. My husband found freedom homes and we were so excited to hear the much lower cost of all the set up and the home we picked.
Chad and Cory were very understanding that we had a deadline to do this in and honestly exceeded expectations. Once we closed on the house and land everything happened so quickly. They started grading in May and we were in before end of June.
The contractors they have working for them to do grading, water lines, septic, blocking, repairs and decks all have been amazing!!! We can’t say enough good things about all of them. The service team has always been outstanding. We will recommend them to anyone we know even possibly considering doing this.
Special shout out to Mike Garcia (contractor) and Shane and Mike on the service team for going above and beyond. Thank y’all all so much.

I went here and was greeted by Dave. I told him what I was looking for and he said I have what your looking for but it is not set up. He showed me the 360 tour and I fell in love. I went back today (an hour drive) and got to see it set up and it was everything and more! He helped me with all my questions and went over everything we needed to get the home.
