By far the cutest store in Destin!! I recently moved to the area from out of state and made it a top priority to surprise my family at home with personalized gifts from here. Knowing that I could do one stop shopping for everyone here as well as purchasing the perfect party essentials was such a huge relief for me. The personalized color changing cups that I ended up ordering were the biggest hit at home and the matching napkins were the icing on the cake! I absolutely recommend this store, they truly care about their customers and ensuring that everything is so perfect and that their customers leave with the biggest smile on their faces!!

Update: it’s been almost two months and my order finally shipped via UPS. My package is LOST! I have zero way of recuperating this through Frill Seekers, and I would never order from them again because of how awful their ordering process and customer service is. Why don’t they have shipping insurance?!

It’s taken weeks to get an order I paid $28 in shipping for. I asked numerous times how I can upgrade to a rush order without providing my card info via email (which is what they were asking) and that question was ignored. This gift is now very late and for what I paid for shipping in the first place only to receive half of my order, I’m not pleased. I ordered a personalized gift and a stuffed animal as another gift, paying more in shipping than the stuffed animal. I can read the shipping times but it’s confusing with the rush upgrade on how to actually get something here in the time you need it.

Customer service definitely did not go out of their way to assist and repeatedly sent me a screenshot of the shipping times. Unfortunately will not be using this store again in the future due to the customer service issues.

Honestly so disappointed in the customer service. As a local of 23 years, frill seekers has always been known as the go to for all party items, especially weddings. With that knowledge, my future husband and i were beyond excited to get started on custom orders with this company. The associate in today was outright rude and unhelpful. Discussing prices and how to go about orders with only myself. Not once did an associate get up to help. When checking out for some small items, we were treated as if we cannot afford to be there. I’m honestly shocked by how we were treated and really am so disappointed because we truly were excited to work with this company and get all of our custom orders in. Do better.

Nice job! Would recommend this store again and again. 🙂 I am a wedding planner and florist and referred a local New Orleans, LA client of our shop to this Destin, Florida location of Frill Seekers as they were having a destination wedding at the beach in Florida. The client needed wedding invitations, save the date cards, favors and bridal party gifts. The client called to thank US for referring Frill Seekers to her and said the custom items ordered were EXACTLY what she was looking for to make her big day special. The invitations were both beautiful and correct when proofed. The final product seemed to really please the groom and bride within their limited budget. This couple ordered custom monogram necklaces for their bridesmaids and flower girls. The quality was VERY nice, think it was a bit more than what the bride had in mind, but she said it was a perfect lasting piece of jewelry that each girl would have as a keepsake and was totally worth it. I am a wedding planner who deals with many stores, vendors and brides. It's always wonderful to find a shop that is easy to deal with, knows etiquette for special events and has an excellent follow up and reputation.

Pleased that our recommendation was well received and would refer Frill Seekers to all brides or shoppers.
