After some word of mouth my wife and I with 3 kids in tow, went to Frontier Motors to check them out yesterday. Initially looking at their online inventory we were interested in viewing a Ford explorer and an Acadia. Upon arrival we met Mike "woody" who was really helpful and had a very good knowledge about the inventory in the lot. After a short time he even suggested the Buick enclave which I had no prior knowledge of but met our criteria of 3 rows. The dealership allowed us to take the car home for the night while holding on to our trade in. This allowed me to become more familiar with the car and review my financial plan. The next morning we called Mike and were able to reach a good deal even before returning back to the dealership. Mike and the team were able to have all of our paperwork ready and waiting for us to sign upon our arrival. It was especially nice that while signing, the crew took our new car for a fresh wash and a full tank of gas.
Normally I hate shopping for cars and find it to be a very stressful time, but the team at Frontier Motors made it a pretty much seamless process and definitely the best experience I've had at a car dealership.
We highly recommend Frontier Motors and make sure to see Mike!

I went into Frontier with an idea of what I was looking for. Ron was able to set me up with the cars to test drive and all the facts to back up each car. He was very knowledgeable and upbeat without coming across as a pushy salesman. The entire process was streamlined and efficient. I was recommended to try Frontier by multiple people when I said I was looking for a used car and was not disappointed. After shopping around at a few places, it was apparent that Frontier’s business model focuses on customer satisfaction. The SUV I purchased was at a great price and multiple times Ron said “If something on your car acts up, bring it back and we will take care of you.” This was reassuring since this was my first ever car purchase. If you’re in need of a used car or are inexperienced in buying one, I highly recommend Frontier Motors and asking for Ron.

I had been looking for a very specific vehicle. Stumbled across the website of Frontier and I am thankful. I was not an easy customer but Joel Martin replied timely and thoroughly to all of my texts and made the deal work. Made a 3 hour drive and said that I HAD to be back on the road quickly for a prior event. Even with signing loan papers, I was pulling in, driving and inspecting, signing and back on the road in RECORD time of about an hour-ish. Joel was very pleasant to deal with and Brian Merritt in Finance was nice and super efficient.

Easy, smooth , and pleasant experience with Frontier Motors. We settled on a price, made arrangements to look at the car a second time, and all documents were in place and ready for our signatures when we arrived. It did not even take 30 minutes! What an amazing, both pleasant and peaceful experience my wife and I had getting our next car at Frontier Motors! Don was clearly knowledgeable about all the vehicles in their lot, including their CarFax history, and very helpful in guiding us through the decision process without any pushy salesmanship. Then once we spent time with Brian working through the finances, things just continued going smoothly and easily to clinch the sale.

My husband and I are repeat customers, having bought a vehicle in 2020. We were in the market for another vehicle and went shopping this past weekend (2024). We went to a dealership, but also looked online at Frontier's inventory, and saw a vehicle we wanted to check out.

We left the dealer to head to Frontier, and were greeted by our sales partner, Shawn Jackson. Shawn was immediately friendly and zero pressure, knew exactly what vehicle we were interested in, and pulled it up front.

What really sets Frontier above the rest (other than great deals, fairness, etc.) is the way they treat their customers. It felt like we were dealing with an old friend with Shawn. We had our rambunctious toddler with us and Shawn not only took care of us, but made sure she was good to go as well with cookies and toys to keep her occupied.

I won't go in to every detail, but I'll just say that Shawn (and Brian in finance) were extremely easy to work with, and made everything super clear, quick, and enjoyable. Normally buying a car is an all day affair, but our whole deal was done in under 90 minutes. When you're as open and honest as Frontier, deals are easy. We may never go to another dealership again!

Buy local and you also get a homemade apple strudel. In and out with a great vehicle in well under 2 hours.
