Two great restaurants here, American breakfast & lunch, and a Mexican restaurant. Both have really good food and large menus. You will also find here the best donut shop in Modesto. Quaint frontier town architecture.

"One Tea." Go get you one. I got the taro slush, and it was amazing. You pick the desired sweetness. I had mine at 30% and it was perfect.
