Yesterday around noon I called to check on my prescription, they said it wasn't ready and to give them until 2:00. I went in around 5:30pm to pick up my prescription and the girl told me "looks like I'm working on this for you, can you give us 30 minutes?" I told her no I wouldn't wait because they told me it would be ready at 2 and it was almost 6pm. She walked around the pharmacy, then picked up a bag that was ready to go, just sitting on the counter. All she had to do was hand it to me. Why was that going to take 30 minutes?

It’s a bad pharmacy they don’t refill meds on time and you as a patient suffers and they come out with outrageous excuses

Called in my prescription a week ahead. I go to pick it up and I was told it was pushed back another week when I needed it this week. The lady told me it would be ready the next day by noon and it still is not ready. It’s an easy prescription should not take 2 weeks.
