One of the worst customer services I have encountered personally in my life, one of the owners was EXTREMELY unprofessional, and rude as hell. Never returning to this business EVER! was trying to figure out what to drink, and the owner in a bad mood, rushing me to check out. I am a business owner/ INVESTOR would never treat my customers, nor business associates like this, as these people are disgusting, middle eastern, or not you should represent your business a lot better. Otherwise your going to lose revenue, and business. Horrible people for real.

I went in to use the ATM and buy some snacks for me my son and my family and while I was looking around and getting a few things they don't have baskets to put your things in so there is a beanie which I thought was one of their products that I opened and was sitting stuff in it and carrying it around out in the open not trying to conceal it and when I turned around three of the men including the man who works at the register and I guess two of his relatives or workers approached me and asked me to empty my purse on the floor so they could see what I had stolen I asked them what this was about they wouldn't say they said just to answer to my purse so I did they looked thoroughly they noticed nothing was gone but then asked why I was trying to steal stuff in beanie and I told them I thought it was a product of theirs it must have been something someone left so anyway just to tell you about my experience and treatment I was treated very poorly in there and it was very upsetting to me and I got emotional and I left because they wouldn't even let me purchase the main product I went in there for and kept asking me to leave before I paid and I insisted on paying because I didn't want to be considered a shoplifter

They honestly have never been particularly friendly but I do like the the products they carry and the process they have on some things so it really hurts my feelings and is aggravating that I won't be going back there anymore or any of my family and they lost really good business so it's a sad situation they could have handled it a lot better I tried to talk to the guy at the counter I believe he's the manager but he just wasn't having it didn't want to talk to me and I guess just assumed I was a criminal so if you have a tattoo or maybe black hair or piercing I wouldn't suggest going in there because you're going to get profiled. It's a shame I was hoping he would apologize and we can move forward with business but I guess not so anyone else good luck hopefully you have a better experience than I did and make sure you hold your arms out with your products in them so they don't think you are trying to steal them which is absurd

Always very helpful and kind to me and my kids. The owner always asks about the kids when they aren't with me. And tells me to tell them hello. The other employees are just as helpful and kind.
