After a terrible experience at another furniture store in town, we decided to try here instead. We have now purchased two pieces of furniture from them, about a year or so apart, and have been quite pleased.

They answer their phones when you call. We had an issue with our couch and they literally took care of it the same day. We didn’t have to load it up and drive it in, they came and picked it up the same day I called. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Not pushy, but extremely helpful and friendly.

They deliver and set up their own furniture, at no extra cost. This is huge. We didn’t have to find and borrow a trailer, load it up, carry it in and set it up ourselves. They did it all. Also, for a very low price, they haul away your old furniture. Like I said, excellent customer service.

I have only been in Furniture Gallery in Snowflake one time. We had some time to kill and wanted to see what they had. They had a large selection of furniture and were super friendly. The thing I loved most about them is their sales approach. They DID NOT use high pressure sales like other furniture stores. We later purchased some new furniture for our sons room. They delivered and set it up in our home. They did a great job!

We visited another furniture store in Snowflake and experienced very high pressure. We couldn't get out of that store fast enough. We went down the street to Furniture Gallery. We were very surprised with the no pressure experience we had. Over a couple of years, we bought a mattress set, recliner, and dining room table set from them. Each time it was always the same no pressure atmosphere. They even delivered to Holbrook in a timely manner!

I'm all about supporting local but do not shop at Furniture Gallery! They delivered a bed and frame to us and ran over our tpost w our private property sign completely pulling it out of the ground and left the beads from the box all ovr my floor and wouldnt clean it up and gave me attitude when I asked them to fix my sign. A week later I went in to ask about me paying the restocking fee to upgrade me adjustable frame from a queen to a king. They agreed to take the frame back but not the mattress(understandable, I get it) but 5 mins after talking to the lady the man came up to me and said he changed his mind bc its "used". Why tell me ud take it back then change ur mind? Too bad, they lost my business. So beware!
