Very unprofessional staff. You’ll walk around with nobody caring to ask if you need help. Nobody greets you at the door and then when you ask a question it’s like you’re bothering them. I hate coming here.

I really enjoyed the evolution of FX Tactical. When they first open and I first came here after they got the contract for my employer, it was more of the same kind of issues that we had at the previous contractor. However as time has gone on the service and selection has greatly improved. The staff is genuinely interested in helping you get what you need and making sure you look good in what you get. They are so friendly and helpful. They are still lacking in a few brands here in there, like Nike and Oakley boots etc. There’s a high emphasis on 5.11 and Bates. That being said, each time I’ve been over the past few years has been a very positive experience.

Terrific customer service! I purchased a pair of boots there that I found to be inadequate. Had not been in them 10 miles. They refunded my money upon a quick inspection of the boots. This is why I shop locally. Thank you for your great customer service! I'll be back!

Great selection of everything except large size duty belts. But I've never been to a supply store that actually had them in stock, so no surprise there. Found another tactical belt that will work just as well, and a better color for the uniform I'll be wearing. I found everything I needed and because they are so well stocked, I'll be using them for all my needs and wants.

Limited selection and multiple items out of stock. Staff not to attentive, definitely could improve on customer assistance and service. May 2023 update, improving selection. However, wait time on ordered items is still 4 to 6 weeks.
