Very helpful sales staff! I went here a few days before Fathers day to see if I could add anything to my wish list, and was just sort of browsing around. A salesperson noticed me browsing and came over to ask what I was looking for and within a few minutes, she was giving me great suggestions and showing me options that really suited my tastes. I'll definitely be back.

I've been a faithful customer. They carry cute clothes and have great sales. Affordable for the working class. Went in on Saturday and realized they raised the original prices of their clothes by $10 and are promoting 50%off. Price gouging !!!!! The original tags were ripped off and sticker prices were applied! Marked up by $10. Some jeans had the original price tag. I think this shows the store's and/or management's integrity. Not cool to lie about pirices. So, I won't be shopping at the Stonewood Mall store anymore. Go to another GbyG that is honest.

The worst customer service the manager was rude and not helpful not knowledgeable i was trying to exchange a tank top that has tag and never been worn i didnt have the reciept but i bought it 3 weeks ago at Cabazon outlet and she didn't allowed me to exchange it in stonewood mall location I'm a guess or g by guess fanatic tank top customer never had this experienced before in any location i highly recommend not to go with this location

I like guess. The girl was a bit rude saying she doesnt think she carries my size and looked me up and doen. So disrespectful. I ended up buying a dress and yes they had my size. Not everyone has a stick figure b!#$×

Bad customer service, Manager Andrew had us waiting to get the watch fitted . Waited more than 15 minutes , he kept looking at us waiting by the exit and his excuse was that he needed to be in the floor although he was just waiting time looking around. Had to ask for my money back due to their lack of customer service!
