Great customer service. One of their beauty experts picked out the perfect set of lashes for a special day. She asked a few questions regarding what kind of look I wanted. We discussed the different brands and then provided 3 options. They fit perfectly and didn't get in the way. The lashes passed the test and stayed on until I was ready to take them off. Please thank your beauty expert for helping me feel extra special.

Hello I love this store but I gotta say the only one with good attitude and great customer service would be the owner I drive all the from king city to go shop there for lashes ... The other associates are not polite at all 😒 the store in Sanborn is very un organized sorry I walked in there and almost tripped the associate was just on the phone the whole time didn't even greet me.

I love the first store they opened but the second store in sanborn is the worst costumer service first they over charged me & said they couldn’t refund me I can only get another item from there store & now the makeup store had me waiting for about 45 min and I was only there to purchase a blush

I’ve gone twice to the one in Sanborn and they over charged me both times. The girls working there were like 10 years old. If any of the managers is reading this review please send me and Email to clear this issues/ I got receipts , names of employees, and bank statements.
