The team member that helped us was everything an employee should be. He advised me on what he could, recommended products, and when he didn't know he admitted it instead of trying to pretend he did. I appreciate honesty. The store had a good selection and seemed well organized. I would definitely shop there again.

I have been in this store on two different occasions where the staff was using explicit language with customers (and children) around. On one occasion the music was so filthy I was forced to leave (once more with children around). Best clean up your act if you want to keep customers, I can shop elsewhere.

This place is a joke the are like a pop up store. Their manager is the rudest person in the world and can never be bother if the associates need him. I guess that’s why he ran Ft Payne out of business but hey let’s let him try again. Bad business model and lazy employees don go here they will rip you off.

This location in Gadsden was super helpful and made my daughter feel welcomed. She was super excited and the associateds worked as a team to get her the perfect head set for her PlayStation. This is the "Go To" place for your kids for games, accessories and devices.

I'm always looking for games which are what I call EYE CANDY you love the game and the graphics are worth buying the game for that reason alone. I'll always buy games that have a really good story line that keep me craving for the next big event.

I walked in to get 2 gift cards. There were 2 employees working. The Male was helping a customer in line with noone behind him. The female was not helping anyone. I walked up to the counter after I was unable to find the gift cards that I was looking for and the female was texting on her phone. She paused briefly to look up and see me standing there. She immediately turned back to her phone and continued to text. I figured at first that she was going to finish typing and then help me. She did not. She continued to send text after text while waiting for the person that she was texting to reply. I waited and waited and I was a out to lose my patient when the male employee finished with his customer, looked at the female employee, and then politely asked if he could help me. What is it with people being on cell phones at work in a retail location? This is unacceptable and I will not return to that location. Obviously her social life was more important than doing her job that she was being paid to do. Hopefully, someone said something to her after I left. I doubt it because it did not seem to phase her one bit.
