Spent over $400 on a pair of glasses here. By far the most expensive pair I have ever purchased, so you bet I was taking the best care of them I could. Within 5 months of having them, the arm on one side began to loosen and a few months after that, the screw/arm fell off. After emailing the support team, I was told the repair would be $150+ to put a screw back in the arm. In addition, I would wait for them to be shipped, repaired, and shipped back- all out of my pocket. Normally waiting for shipping wouldn't bother me but given I had these less than 12 months and was being charged hundreds to get them repaired, I called LensCrafters instead. They fixed it on site within 5 min and for free.

The sunglasses are nice and I have gotten quite a few compliments on them, but the customer service/loyalty is non-existent. The arm on my glasses still comes loose daily, might be a faulty pair of glasses, but would recommend you repair your glasses with anyone else besides them, and to avoid buying their glasses overall.
