We’ve been using them for a few years now. Deliveries are simple. There was only one instance where we got a delayed delivery, but they made up for it the next time with both a discount and same day service when I was too late checking my tank volume. Excellent customer service experience with them.

I called as a new customer with a time-sensitive issue. Needed a propane tank refilled and safety check in about 2 weeks. They said they'd put a rush on it, and that I'd get a call within 48 hours to schedule it.

When the 48 hours passed and I didn't hear anything, I called them. They couldn't find my paperwork at first, and once they did, they said it were booked solid for more than a month out.

They could have told me they couldn't help me on my schedule when I called. Instead, they sand-bagged me for several days, and by the time I discovered they couldn't help me, it was too late to find someone else.

I recently requested to change out my two small 120 gallon propane tanks to a larger 320 gallon tank. This request was handled expeditiously, by Marty who assigned it to three hard working guys who are definitely a credit to Gas Inc . These guys worked hard to level out my rock infested mountain side so the new tank would work out.
Kudos to the guys from Ball Ground, Georgia and Marty Panky and his great team.
