Super bummer about my experience. I loved Gemma’s when I first purchased my piece in January. The lady helping me was so nice and completely sold me on the jewelry. A few months later a diamond fell out of my piece, I brought it in and again they were very helpful, sent it in for repair under the warranty. Now 4 months after the first repair 2 stones have fallen out, took it in for repair and was told the piece only has a 90 day warranty. Super disappointed that my $800 wedding band only had a 90 day warranty. I now am questioning the quality of the jewelry. Very disappointed. I would avoid Gemma’s, very nice employees terrible warranty.

From the moment that we walked into Gemma’s I fell in love with their store! Amy was the person we made contact with first and she helped us to design my ring from start to finish. I was indecisive more times than I can count, but she was patient and very knowledgeable every step of the way! I knew that she had my best interest at heart and that she wanted to help me create a ring that I would love forever!
