Where do I begin... from the moment we walked in at General RV Center in Winter Garden in FL, we felt at home. Samantha Estrada greeted us with a big smile, she showed us the RV choices in our price range going through every feature in detail. Later we met Chris Cooper and Justin... we had a very pleasant friendly negotiation process. During the process of having our RV ready for Delivery on the day, Samantha and her crew uncover mechanical issues. The General RV crew were extremely accommodating with our wellbeing in mind. It was impressive how they managed everything from beginning to end... We found a new home away from home and made new friends. If you are looking to purchase an RV in the Orlando area, there is not another place to go other than the General RV Winter Garden. They are honest, accommodating, totally customer focus... and very fair pricing and negotiation. I wanted to take a moment to thank Chris Cooper, Justin, and Mark, and especially Samantha Estrada. She was our delivery coordinator deserves cheerful recognition for her professionalism, attention to the detail, and being so customer focus... You are a rock star! Thank you so much for all you have done for us! To RV buyers out there, do not waste time looking at other places... Just go to General RV winter garden and you will not need any other RV dealer...

Purchased new 2025 Dutch Star 4081 from General RV in Winter Garden. The entire staff was always welcoming. Our salesman Martin and handoff person Tammy were both very knowledgeable and accommodating through out in helping us find the right RV and sending us out ready to hit the road. I left my RV for repairs on March 18. I have heard nothing from this dealership although I have repeatedly called and left messages to a phone system that only told me that they operator is not available and to leave a message. I have yet to receive a response. I am very unhappy with the service at this dealership. It was previously Independence RV and had great service and a wonderful reputation not so any longer.

Our experience with the entire team at General RV exceeded our expectations.From the first conversation, to our final wave goodbye the team was a pleasure to work with.

Malcom (our salesman) was professional, knowledgeable, and not aggressive in any way.

Victor (Finance) was quick and efficient in finding us a much better rate than I had found.

Samantha (walk through) as a seasoned rver I appreciated Sam's attention to areas that were new for us on this rv.  She took every issue that we raised (all minor) back to her team for quick resolution.

Chis (parts) located a capture plate for our 5th wheel hitch that we did not realize we would need.  Not only did he find the part he sent one of their guys 1.5 hours (one way) to pick it up!

Tom (service mgr) took the only two issues I could find on the coach and had them resolved in under an hour.

Donny - for sharing all your great stories and RV experience on the road.  As well as of course attaching the capture plate and more!Ken - for capturing our smiling faces on our pick up day.

All the service techs were professional and went above and beyond on any ask we had!

We can't say enough about how great our experience was.  While this is now a General RV site - we understand it was Independence RV not that long ago.  I truly hope General RV realizes what a gem they have at this location!

Independence RV is a Class Act Cliff, Martin, Tammy, and Justin went above and beyond for my family Making sure we got the rig that was just right for my family. Tammy took as much time as we needed to get familiar with our rig and even at delivery Chuck and Raphael took my daughter step by step to make sure we were comfortable with how to set up and maintain our rig. Cliff also set me up with an amazing insurance agent and helped get us the right fit for our needs and even now after delivery Martin is still checking in letting us know they are going to continue being there for us on our camping journey. I am thankful we lucked into Independence RV I could not imagine doing this step without the Independence family..

Great experience buying our new Brinkley Z295 from our Salesman, Malcom, to the business manager Clifton, to our delivery with Samantha Estrada. All were incredibly helpful. We also worked with sales and service and they too were helpful. I don’t think we have ever had a better buying experience. We highly recommend them.
