I purchased my 2023 Corvette a little over a year ago and I just realized that my review never posted, but better late than never right? My sales experience with Corvette specialist Jon Cohan was how I prefer it to be - straight up and to the point, my car was ordered at MSRP as promised. Garrad Moss stepped in to help with the order process as well when Jon was out. While this isn't my first Corvette, it's still been pretty much what I would've expected - a ton of fun and holding up just fine, even after a few mods and several road trips later. If a C8 Grand Sport ever comes out, I wouldn't have any qualms about coming back and buying another Corvette with George Nahas Chevy.

Great dealership to do business with. No hidden stupid fees all told up front searched many dealers from the villages to Ocala found the perfect car here! Salesman Anthony was great and no extra side sales would highly recommend this dealership

We needed another fob for an 09 Saturn Sky and found out I could buy the fob from parts but needed an appointment to program it. This was 3/3. An advisor, that day, suggested he couldn't make the appointment until the fob was delivered. On 3/3, I made an appointment online for 3/13 at 1 (anyway) but changed it to 9 am 3/13 that night due to another commitment. The part came in 3/4 came in to pay and pick it up. I talked to the same advisor concerning an appointment. The advisor recognized i had the 3/13 appointment but suggested it was at 1 not 9. He tried to get me in B4 but schedules did not allow. He and i decided to keep the the 3/13 but he said he could change it to the 9 time. We came it at 9 on 3/13 and was told the appointment was at 1 and we could wait (3hrs) or come back, we came back (45 min one way trip!). We have been to Chevy/GMC dealerships across the US and the weak links are typically the scheduling and '...the left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing...' at the dealership. I will not be getting my truck checked out or worked on by the service department here again. I’ve been to Chevy dealers in Oregon, Iowa and now Florida and this one is my least favorite. My customer service experience was not positive. Everyone is quick to pass you off to someone else and not very friendly. Communication is not great, and as I work in customer service for a small business with a high volume of customers, I feel you can tell a lot about an establishment by how they communicate with their customers, and I did not feel they wanted to make sure I was taken care of. Obviously they don’t need my business, but unfortunately I can’t recommend them either.

Worst dealership experience I’ve ever had my entire life. They lied to me about their closing time so I wouldn’t go there by 5pm, they wouldn’t work with me on a sale and acted like me asking for a better price was insulting, and then the sales manager lied to me that the vehicle was sold just so they could get rid of me. I never once had an attitude or gave them a reason to treat me like this. I don’t know who this George Nahas guy is, but his employees have tainted his name and his dealership.
