Awesome Service! Elizabeth is a Sweetheart! She explained what type of sleep disorder I was diagnosed with, she also explained everything to me to know about my C-Pap Machine. She showed me how to put the correct mask that I was comfortable with to use on my face. She let me show her I knew how to use the machine. she also explain what type of water to put inside the machine and how to clean it what to clean it with. She was so helpful, she also explained the filters and when to remove them in 2 weeks. Elisabeth was so Sweet, understanding, and Professional. She's the best!!! I appreciate this place very much.

The service today was awesome. The representative was so kind and nice. She is a sweet person. She let me no if I have any question whatsoever didn't matter the time just feel free to contact her. She went through everything made sure I understood how to use all the equipment she bought for me to use. She show me how to use it then she let show her I knew how to use it. It was awesome. She answered all my questions and concerns I had. Thanks so much for the kind hearted people on your staff. It was indeed a pleasure.

I was amazed with the service I received. They got my husband hospital bed delivered in less than 2 hours. I was afraid it wouldn’t be here by the time my husband arrived home but David delivered and set it up just as he got home with amazing speed and explained how to use the controls. I will say, these people are wonderful. They know what they are doing and makes the experience a quick and easy process. The delivery person took time show me what I needed to do to use the walker safely and I really appreciate the time he took out to make sure I understood. A wonderful staff in all. Thank you all.

Customer service was top-notch from the moment the walker was ordered to delivery at the hospital. Hiram was a fantastic addition to this company. He showed up with a huge smile and fixed my walker according to height standards showed me how everything worked and was one of the most pleasant young men I have encountered.This is very professional company with a family friendly overtone. The walker was covered by my insurance. Will always use this company if need be. Even though another company was closer to home.

I had the best service. The representative, Heather Edwards, took the time to answer all my questions and had me try on my CPAP and suggested a different size headgear that has made a tremendous difference in the fit and ultimately in my sleep therapy.
