The key to my 2004 ford explorer literally fell apart! I went here to get replacement key! They hooked up the computer to my vehicle and made me a new one in less than 30 min! Sweet lady at the front and super helpful!

If you need a new key fob for your vehicle this is the place to come. I have been here twice and the results speak for themselves. The turnaround for making a key fob is relatively quick. Plus the cost is a lot lower than if you went to the dealer. They make keys too. There are unique items to look at which takes up your time while you are waiting for them to finish your key fob. There is a one year warranty on their work.

First time ever going and went in to have a key fob made. The Lady and the 2 Men, one with a nice long beard and the tall slim guy at the register Customer Service was top tier!! They were so nice and friendly; however, the guy (short and baldhead) who programmed my key to my car was not so friendly. Maybe he was having a bad morning, I'm not sure, but his attitude was real nasty. He can use some training from his team. I thanked the lady who checked me out and told her how nice and very professional she was. Premier Customer Service goes a long way!!

I ve been coming to this Establishment for Several years ! & Never had a bad experience Until recently I had bad experience...The short chubby white dude tht comes out to ur vehicle to program the key fob...he had a Bad Attitude & was very rude as Hell...he seems to have personal issues with minority people.. he is a unhappy individual... thts a No Brainer !! Everyone else behind the Counter is very nice to customers except this individual.... I hated to leave a bad review..but I had to Express this situation...in my opinion he jus one bad apple in the Box for this Establishment.....

Had to get a key made for the Expedition. Transponder key only took them 10 mins to cut and program! $66 bucks, can't beat the prices. Very friendly and professional staff!
