I cannot say enough good things about this store and owner Sydney. I do not live in Russellville but for all my gift needs I will always use Gifts on Parkway. Sydney is the Queen of customer service. More than once has she been accommodating with my gift needs. Her communication is top notch and her wish is truly to have a happy satisfied customer. If you are in the Russellville area (or not) please do not hesitate to stop by or call. You will not regret it.

I absolutely love this place! Prices are great for a broke college student like me and if anyone knows me I am bad about last minute gifts oops ? They are always here for me to save the day and really go above and beyond! I can’t say thank you enough!

Quite possibly the closest you can come to a Hallmark movie experience. If you are like my wife, and love those shows, you have to visit this gift shop.
As I browsed all the unique gifts, the clerk had the most wholesome conversations with each of her patrons. They talked about personal events in people they knew. It was very endearing to see and hear. When I bought some little earrings for my daughter, she made sure to ask me my name, and referred me by it throughout the rest of our interaction. By far the most personal experience at a gift shop I've experienced.
