I returned a rental truck here on 3/18/2024. The staff was friendly and provided great service. The store was busy and the food prices appeared to be competitive. The entire facility looks well maintained.

Excellent gas prices. Love the convenience and friendly staff. Breakfast and lunch items are really good, not typical "gas station" food. Avoid the big chains and crowds by driving an extra couple of miles off I-17.

More then just great pizza and beer ! A friendly caring and honest crew of cashiers who keep the store clean, help refill propane, and even when I dropped a ten dollar bill on the floor. One of the ladies who worked there came and gave it to me and I was confused as to even whether it was mine! But as I checked my wallet it was determined it was my money. I almost wanted to give it back for the kindness and honesty but she declined. But the whole bunch who run that place is why I wanted to give a review that matters to me

Beautiful little corner store! They have just about anything you could need while on the road. Super sweet “back home” type feel to it. Even has a little restaurant inside. Bathrooms are clean and walls are decorated with items to buy. Prices are fantastic! Oh! And no masks!! It’s like stepping back in time to before the country was afraid of everyone and everything.

ATENTION JOHN THE OWNER !!! I give one star to the Gilligan's in Prescott valley off of hwy 69. This employee NAMED MELANIE is always so rude to every customer that goes in there never says hi. And accidently spilled a little bit of coffee on the counter. I was cleaning it up and she came around the corner yelling at me saying next time I make a mess in her store she won't serve me. So my daughter and I left out stuff and walked out. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO IN THERE IF SHES WORKING. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME WTH HER. IVE HEARD FROM OTHER PEOPLE HOW RUDE SHE IS. SHE NEEDS FIRED YOU ARE LOOSING A LOT OF CUSTERS DUE TO HER ..I WILL NOW ONLY GO TO THE SPRING VALLEY STORE WHEN AROUND THERE!! I Have called several times on this matter and no one seems to care I never get a call back when told I will do that means the OWNER JOHN is not being told and made aware of situations in his stores

After making a quick purchase, I was drawn back into the store by an amazing aroma coming from the kitchen. At the Spring Valley Cafe, I found a hot box full of freshly made, grab n go burritos. I bought one with potatoes, chorizo, eggs and cheese. It was delicious. The customer service was friendly and welcoming. I will be stopping in again at Gilligan's and The Spring Valley Cafe.

DO NOT ORDER! The pretzel was hard the cheese was cold. Not ever gonna get something from thar place again. It wasnt like they had other people waiting for food it was just me and my husband fresh pretzels should NOT be hard and cheese doesnt need to be so cold that its more like spreadable cheese for crackers
