I always leave my county for El Cerrito so I can to go to Gina's. They are so helpful with a wide variety of wigs,haircare for adults and kids.., bundles and hair for braiding.. Today I purchased 3 lace fronts 2 human and 1 synthetic. Totally satisfied and reasonably priced. Plus of course some edge control 😉Check em out ladies.

False advertising. Saying interlock braids are on sale with the sale sign on top. Then, the clerk stated that this brand is not on sale. I will be follow up on this issue.

4 stars: They didn't have the comb or type hair I was looking for but I was able to find some small barretts for my daughter's hair. Very clean store. Nice people.

Negative stars: here again with my toddler and was told I need to leave because he was running. He was 1 at the time. She threatened to call the police if I didn't leave because of my baby's speed in the store, and wouldn't let me buy what I needed. I won't be back.

This place is amazing especially their customer service. I showed my item and they retrieved it in seconds and brought it to me. One item that I was looking for was out of stock so they took down my name and number and once it comes in they will call me. I look forward to continue doing future business because of their customer service.

Would give it zero stars if I could. Terrible customer service, did not acknowledge us up one entering the store. The two employees stared at the security screen the entire time as if we were criminals. Got angry at us when we made eye contact with the wigs, and said we weren’t allowed to go near that area. What if we wanted Persian bundles? We were just looking through the hair products and they rudely stated “do you need something?” As if they were in a hurry. Then, they had the audacity to tell us that only two people were allowed inside the store at once. Would’ve been nice to know 30 minutes beforehand, so it was obviously a lie. It’s sad that nowadays other minorities can’t just walk through an aisle without being judged. Was just tryna buy a mf eyelash... smh it be ya own people.

Small cute spot with good prices and a wide selection of wigs, hair, hats, accessories makeup, and jewelry. Natural and synthetic hair in lots of styles and colors with helpful staff. They are usually well stocked in brightly colored wigs and modern style wigs.
