I had a great experience at Giorgio’s Beauty Supply , thanks to Asmae in the nail section. She was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful, making sure I found everything I needed. Her knowledge and excellent customer service made my shopping so much easier. Plus, she kept a warm smile the entire time, which made the experience even better! Worst experience ever. I was lied to about returning hair extensions. Before I purchased the hair I asked if I could return the hair extensions if they did not suite me and the store associate said yes as long as thier is not major damage to the hair and within 30 days. I came for a return and manager declined saying no return on hair and wigs. But then I saw him do a return on hair to another customer. Corporate did nothing as well but just a sorry no refundand and still had the audacity to say we hope to see you back in the store. I would not recommend this store.

Racial Profiling.
Spent plenty of money at this establishment and recently walked in and was immediately told there is a new policy that purses need to be locked up; I happened to have my wallet and passport in my purse, so that was a NO-GO. Mind you, you can’t see your items based on where they are locking them up; they could be going through your purse and you wouldn’t even know. How bout, put a sign on the OUTSIDE of the door so people have the option to enter with no surprises. I’ll take my coins elsewhere.

The manager/ owner and staff are very helpful. The store continues to add products for every ethical level of haircare. The nail salon products and fashion accessories have also increased in various areas of the story

I came into the store tonight looking to find a new look and a few wigs. While looking high a low, the assistant manager Dena was such a help offering me all the color options for each look and recommending products for the wigs since I’m new to wearing wigs. I left with 3 new wigs and some products for maintenance and I can’t wait to come again. Thank you Dena!

I'm probably in this store 3-5 times a week and I'm sure they're sick of seeing me. I love the atmosphere and staff. I'm often helped by Amanda and she's delightful. Pricing is amazing and there's something for everyone at Giorgio's.🖤💜🖤💜

Big store, great selection, staff is always cool. I hate the bad policy in the lockers but I get it. The wig selection is amazing. I always come here over any other stores. The prices are wholesale and cannot be beat!!
