I've been buying (mostly focaccia and bread) from GK every week since July, Amazing bakery which uses high quality ingredients. The young man who works the counter is super nice and helpful. Tonight I had the Crab & Pesto Focaccia. The pesto provides a nice accent and lets the flavorful crab shine through. I reheated for 40s in the microwave at half power, and the Crab still had a bit of the baked-in crunchiness. I also had the Chocolate Blueberry Focaccia - one of my favorites (I usually zap these for 20s at half power). GK's focaccia are unlike others I've had - not flat but a bit fluffier, but still a nice chewy texture. It's hard for me to explain, just try it!

10/20 update: Tried the Mushroom Focaccia, and was very good as expected!

I tried their unique cake jar and I didn't come away impressed by the flavor especially for the price. Paying extra for the mason jar that is most likely going to get thrown away doesn't seem super eco friendly. If they offered a credit on a cake when it's returned, I could maybe see some interest but I would have much preferred a standard paper cake box that is easily compostable and disposable.

Flavor wise, the Elmo honey was good although nothing I would consider excellent. It had a nice subtle honey flavor but the cake texture was only ok and a little grainy. Happy to eat it/be gifted it but wouldn't pay to get this myself. Portion size is also quite small.

Was craving a little snack but nothing was open on Thanksgiving. Luckily, this store was still open to my luxury. As I came in, I was welcomed with amazing hospitality and shown the different offerings in the store. I was craving something chocolatey, and was able to sample taste the Chocolate Mousse Jar Cake they had, and my oh my was it rich! After deciding to taste the Tiramisu and Pistachio flavours. I decided to buy the Chocolate Mousse and Pistachio Jar Cakes for myself and as a gift for a friend. Would definitely return some day, the Pistachio was honestly breathtaking!

Small place but makes amazing pastrys! The napoleon cake smelled so good and still crispy when I finished the second half the next day! I feel like they really used good and fresh pistachios. We got the pistachio jar cake, and it taste like the fresh roasted pistachios from whole food, not the ones in package from other grocery stores

I still cannot believe I got to know about this pastry shop so late. Its so good!! I love the texture and freshness. This has become my favorite pastry shop. It so good that I went twice in 2 days : p.
My personal favorites are Pistachio and Tiramisu. Its awesome. Hassan is very sweet person. He explained us all the stuff they make.
I am going to try their sourdough bread this Thursday. Super excited for it. I have been looking for a fresh bread since sometime.

Super cute place with AMAZING focaccia and jar cakes! Everything looked so good, I had to stop myself from buying it all.

I got the pistachio jar cake and was eyeing the ulmo honey one as well. It tasted so amazing-definitely made of fresh pistachio. I’ve also heard great things about their napoleon cake and had to try my best to stop myself from getting it too.

They made all of their bread and focaccia that morning, and I got the shiitake & Gruyère focaccia - it was perfect!

My husband and I went to an open house nearby and we discovered this nice dessert place! Our daughter needs to have GF food so their GF cookie definitely must try (different style cookie, very unique). Besides I love their pistachio jar cake😋And the young gentleman in the store made us feel welcome too. Thank you!

It's a cute small mom and pop shop. Their desserts are delicious. Their breads are fabulous. Their focaccia is a bit oily but good. All in all delicious. Great place for jar cake and bread
