One of the best pageant wear stores I have visited! Thank you for the great customer service. The pageant clothing and earring selection is my favorite. We drove 5 hours just to see it in person and we plan to make another trip next month to try out the new interview dresses.

I ordered a dress for my daughter’s homecoming. We live in Ohio so we are unfortunately not able to shop in store. I marked on my order I needed it by a certain wear date- received the dress on time, exactly when I needed it. The dress is beyond beautiful and my daughter is sooooo happy. I was on online customer from Houston, TX and we had a delightful experience.
My daughter initiated the exchange with Brittany via a phone call who was super friendly and helpful.
My daughter called about a specific style and designer. She then emailed her a picture of the dresses in her size and color.
That same evening we went online and began to read review, as skeptical as I was I went ahead and gave them a call the next day to discuss the reviews. She had no problem talking to me about those experiences with those people.
I asked her for pictures and videos of the physical dress my daughter chose.. she had no problem sending those to me within minutes of me talking to her. I then placed the order online and within the same day I received tracking information
The dress was shipped with a hangar and garment bag in a securely taped box.
Our experience was nothing short of amazing. If this is the online customer experience I will receive, we will continue to order from Glass Slippers

If I could give them 100 negative stars I would! Absolutely horrible experience! Ordered a dress for my daughter’s sweet 16 which didn’t fit. I was told I could exchange the dress after I sent the old one back. That was done with UPS which I paid for gladly with a tracking number and confirmation of the dress being delivered. I was told I would get the new dress in time for her party which I never did and still haven’t received either the dress or my money back. I then had to go out and buy another dress for my daughter party the week before the event! I have now contacted the BBB for help since this was going on since January! Now have no dress or my money back. Basically they stole $400 from ME! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!! THIEVES 😡😡😡😡😡

I did have a communication issue but I was told they would make it right. I believe they will. Brittany assured me she would make us happy and especially one little girl. Can't wait to do business again with them. I feel a size 4 will fit her beautiful and we will be sure to let others know about their business Thank-you will add pocture of her new outfit when we receive it..
