I brought in a package to be returned to France. The owner said he had to fill out papers. My husband specified these where a return to seller. He was asked for his signature and signed the paper. Little did he know that owner put down gift instead of return goods. We did not get our entire refund because of his error. It cost us 177.00 dollars because of what he did. I confronted him with his mistake and because my husband signed the paper (and was not asked to make sure everything is correct) he claims no responsibility for our lose. I would think if he did not correctly fill paper out for customs he bears some responsibility. I don’t think I’ll be going there again. Unless something is done I personally don’t recommend this place of business. I would like a response.
