Golden Age is your one stop shop for killer threads! 1 of the best places to find some really unique and cool daddy-o pieces. The owner Ludwig is a super courteous and there's something there for everyone's taste. It's located right now heart of Silver Lake and you'll find out that you'll be making many pleasant returns to this vintage clothing shop.

Very reasonably priced vintage and deadstock t shirts, French workwear and more in a charming spot. The owner, Ludwig was super warm and welcoming, and helped my partner find her favorite new jacket. We'll be back on our next LA visit.

LOVE this place. I recently visited and during my visit purchased a t-shirt but after flying back home, regretted not purchasing another item I really liked. Although they don't offer an online store for the vintage and workwear items, I reached out on Instagram and they do sales through DM. I was promptly sent an invoice and my items arrived a few days later. I am really impressed with the selection and the customer service at this store. I will visit every time I am in the area and only wish I was closed.

Visiting from Seattle and was curious to check out while walking around town. My partner was looking around for some used vintage clothing and while I was loitering outside waiting for my turn (was watching our dog), Jesse @ Golden Age let me in (super nice about having a dog in tow).

To start: Very pleasant store dealing in all sorts of vintage apparel. Loads of French work wear (some truly awesome denim and canvas jumpsuits and shirts), international and domestic military garments, and various throwback sweaters and accessories. Unlike other vintage stores, this place is clean, thoughtfully spaced out, and did not smell dingy or of moth balls. Very tight presentation and curation.

Experience: Had a great buying and fitting experience with Jesse. He had a wealth of knowledge and we had a great time chatting about each garment we were inquiring about. He was super helpful and accommodating without a hint of attitude or pushy salesman vibe. I went with a French work coverall and my GF got a pair of vintage European army pants. Might have walked out with a ton more if they fit but damn, the other pieces were awesome.

Recommendation: A huge yes. We’ll be hitting this place up again for sure. A+++ CHECK.THEM.OUT!
