I’ve been coming to good stop for awhile now and have had no issues up until recently this past Sunday (11/6/22) I went to get gas and needed to pay with cash but was met with a long line of angry customers stating that the cashier went to the bathroom and never came back. There were at least 6 other people not including myself standing outside the door, after 5 min I left. Then again today (11/10/22) I was stopping by to grab a quick snack on my way home and was told the system was down and they were only taking cash. Which is fine I get things happen but the cashier lady was rude to me she told me I should’ve read the sign before coming in trying to pay with card. Regardless if I read the sign or not that’s not anyway to treat customers! Needless to say this place needs new cashiers and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I know this location just changed from MapCo to Casey's and I'm sympathetic to that because it takes time to settle back down. However, the management needs to get the store organized and staffed appropriately. When I stop at this location, it's often locked because there is only one staff member present and they need their bathroom or lunch breaks. Or the fountain drink dispenser is busted and the sweet/unsweet tea dispensers are empty and needing to be cleaned. Often the tea dispensers leave large puddles in the first two aisles that don't get cleaned up right away, again because there is only one staff member and they need to deal with customers, and that is a very, very dangerous thing. Someone is going to walk into the store, slip, and sue. Not a matter of if but when. And none of these are issues at any of the other close convenience stores I visit. I hope Casey's managers will take these issues seriously and fix them.

The place is really improving. I love their new products and the new layout of the store. But the best part is the staff. Madison and Dwayne especially are really sweet people, and they are what keeps me coming back to Casey's for snacks and gas.
