If there was an option to give a minus star I would go -5. The owner Sylvia is extremely rude and in unprofessional. Very inflexible and impossible to deal with. The dance floor I ordered is uneven and broken and the owner Sylvia thinks she's doing a great favor by delivering what we have paid for. I'm a Diamond Bar local and have been living here for the past 20 years. I'm a party planner myself and deal with several vendors but I have not seen a person as rude and unprofessional like her. DO NOT HIRE them for your event.

If I could give this company no stars I would. For the sake of your event and peace of mind, DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. They sent the wrong size tables and I could not fit all of my guests, then the owner hung up on me when I calmly explained the issue and said “I don’t know why you think this is my fault. This is your fault.” when I asked if they could deliver tables for the correct size. The owner hung up on me (multiple times), yelled at me (during my own wedding event), then CHARGED MY CARD WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION. Absolutely should not be in business, I wish I would have read these reviews prior to booking.

Absolutely HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! I got two large balloons and 6small. They did a HORRIBLE JOB AND CHARGED ME ALMOST 40. Horrible attitude and told me I was being disrespectful because I asked for ballon holders at the bottom so two the $40 balloons wouldn’t fly away. I will
Never ever ever come here again. How are you a Party store and don’t have all of the items needed to run your business but charge high end prices. These people are CRAZY

You can get everything you need for a party here. Chairs, tables, pop ups, tents, dance floors and more.
Popcorn makers, snow cone machines and margarita machines are just a few of the items they have available.
Inflatables from jumpers to water slides too
Everything is very clean, washed before and after each rental.
Delivery is available.
You can also get helium balloons and paper goods.
Check here last - they have the best prices around. You won’t need to call anywhere else.
