The drop off line was long but the unloaders were pleasant and knowledgeable. It’s always nice to be greeted with a hello, given the tax document, and sent off with a thank you. The gentlemen were also cautious with our vehicle and donated items. This is a stark contrast from the previous crew at this location. Kuddos to the management staff for hiring better people and kiddos to the unload crew for being pleasant individuals.

It is not safe to shop here! I repeat do not shop here! I left my cart for one second to put a shirt away that didn't fit came back and it was gone. Everything in the cart went with as well. The employees did not offer to help me one bit. The place is staffed by zombies anyway. Do not shop here. There are thieves in the aisles!

I used to praise Goodwill for the low prices on the FREE TO THEM stock. However, they are now offering the same "deals" as Burlington and Walmart clearance. It is no longer budget friendly for many who depended on those low prices on the DONATED goods.

I have seen stuff from the "Dollar" stores in there for $2.00...come on Goodwill you need to do better.
