As we were shopping today upon check out a suit coat, I was buying priced with a tag at $2, was literally price changed in front of me to 29.99. The girl at the register said that it was a mistake and had to be price changed by someone named Carlos. They did NOT honor the marked price. They switched the price in front of us. I will NOT be returning to this Goodwill, and I will be reporting this as a bait and switch to appropriate authorities. Sketchy business practices, to say the least. The pic is the changed price tag after Carlos altered the original price

If there was a no star option that’s what I would click! You can’t try on your clothes! No changing rooms! And not allowed to try on in bathrooms! Also once you’re done trying your clothes on in your vehicle parked in their parking lot! You can’t get a cash refund! And also if you buy and exchange clothes you must get clothes for the exchange! A 3 day return policy! Workers tell you that you can return items in case they don’t fit! Also 29.99 for a Walmart brand used toaster over! Mind you people donate all these items !!

Pretty decent thrift store. It’s a decently large Goodwill location (size being the most important factor that decides if a thrift store is any good or not— the bigger it is, the more stuff it has). Like any thrift shop, item availability is inconsistent. I’ve mostly visited this location to drop off donations. There is a drive through dedicated to that here. Receipts are available upon request.

The parking lot is pretty big, so you’ll always be able to find a place to park.

First of all, this is probably the most overpriced Goodwill we have ever been to. Second, after my daughter spent half an hour picking out a pile of clothes to try on, we discovered they had no dressing room. They employee we asked said they don't have one anymore. But we could return it within 3 days. We'll that is inconvenient. So you have to buy things then take them home and hope they fit? And remember, they are way overpriced. Plus, we were passing through, and don't live here. So we can't come back. Finally, they do not have the color of the week discount, that almost every other goodwill has. We ended up putting everything back and went elsewhere.

The customer service skills of Valerie, and a young manager, need improvement. Be careful, they may overcharge you at the register. Don't leave until you check your receipt. They are sneaky with their prices. It's very sad how bad they treat our customers without us buying from them, they would NOT have a job. This company's refusal to donate shoes to a homeless woman without shoes has prompted me to stop buying or donating anything from them. Upon learning that the police had to pay for her shoes, I decided to stop buying or donating anything from them. Goodwill = BADWILL

Nice and decent good will, had an item that was 3$ more than original pricing and because the date was too soon they couldn’t do anything to accommodate not even discount a seperate purchase on the same receipt . 2 stars for them being profit and money hungry when they get it all for free because ORIGINAL tag said 9.99 and they had it priced for 12.99 and would not do anything about it and that’s kinda messed up

Very disappointing to say the least. Properties in the area, both commercial and residential, are overall well maintained providing visitors and residents a clean town. This store is completely opposite of its neighbors with a parking lot littered with trash and debris ultimately leaving customers disgusted before they get out of the car. Because this is a discount store doesn’t mean the grounds have to match. I say clean you your act or get out!! You are driving down value to our homes and neighborhoods!

A larger location compared to others. Prepare to spend hours looking for the gems among many and plentiful ranks. Take advantage of color of the week discounts to get the most savings among inflated prices seen at every Goodwill location. Associate ā€œElleā€ was such a helpful and very nice employee to encounter while on the floor and while checking out at this location.
