I love Goodwill and I enjoy when visiting Buckeye that it is always here for me to peruse their many items.
They have quite a large parking lot, which is easily maneuvered by those who are handicapped, and the majority of their aisles are also equipped to handle disabled shoppers.
Savanna, who is in sales, is such a friendly individual!

We are not from the area but absolutely loved this goodwill. Was pleasantly surprised at finding some shirts for $3.49. Thanks for having reasonable prices and good condition clothing!

I’ve just visited the store at 6:15 on September 27. The merchandise is all over the floors and completely haphazard. There were three young adults apparently on duty, having a great time trying on Halloween costumes and chatting. I interrupted them to ask about trying an electrical item after looking all over the back corner of the store for a plug. They pointed to the corner and told me there’s a place. I asked that someone show me, since I had already been looking. They pointed again, and just said, it’s there. Then they said there’s a sign on the wall. I went back to search and found the plugs, right behind the big pile of junk people tested that also didn’t work.
It appears that no one has time to put product back on the shelves and hangers, when it falls to the floor or is abandoned. I shop a lot of goodwills all over the country. This one is a mess. I won’t bother to return.

I called in to ask a couple questions and Emily was just the sweetest over the phone. Lately it’s been very rare to have people not seem frustrated or upset with people asking questions. So thanks Emily for being so kind and helpful!!

I went to the Watson and yuma goodwill today and the manager was very rude. There was a bit of a line and he was yelling across the store at a teenage employee to get on the register( which the teen wasn't Able to at that time). He was also acting rude to the girl who was at the register doing her best to deal with the line! Not to mention ( his name was James if I heard correctly) he smelt very badly and I'm not sure how he was hired as a manager. Overall he acts too rude for a guy that smells like a dead animal ?

Come on Goodwill, you can do better…(manager changing price tags at the cash register)?

I had the worst customer experience at the Goodwill on south Watson, Buckeye, AZ. After scouring the kids aisle for hoodie and finally finding one my son wanted. I go to check-out and Steve, the shift manager said it had the wrong tag. He said the $4.99 hoodie that was labeled yesterday by his employees should be Halloween because it was a Batman theme and starts walking off. I asked “how much are you going to adjust the price to?,” he replied, “I’ll have to see when i check the pricing chart”. Steve came back and says the it’s $14.49. I looked at him disappointed that he would go out of his way to change tags and not honor the listed price like a good business should. The hoodie was not Halloween and the cashier/manager should never change a price on a customer like that. Incidents like this leave such a bad sentiment in the for a first time buyer, let alone a frequent visitor.

After calling the complaint department, I get a call from Corey who spoke with the head manager(Amy) of south Watson goodwill. Corey said the head manager said a “price switcher” placed a lower price tag on the hoodie and that’s why shift manager Steve rudely switched it out. I told Corey that was a poor excuse for the Steve giving a bad customer experience. Honor the price tag your employees put on your items and don’t make excuses for squeezing more money out of a customer for no good reason. Goodwill is profiting off free donations, this is ridiculous behavior.

Train your managers to put customers first, not profits.
