Flowers 🌺, flowers 💐 flowers 🌹! I had 3 large bunches of flowers as a gift for visitors and NO VASE *gasp*. The search was on … On the way to a $General I spied The Goodwill Retail Store and Donation Center on Hiway 90 in Lake City, FL. You know that little lightbulb 💡 that appears over your head when you have a bright idea? Picture me realizing Goodwill Retail Store would have plenty at a Good Price - Sho ‘nuff they did! Can you believe all vases were in one place and not junked on shelves? In fact, this GW store was more organized than I’m accustomed to and I found what I needed quickly. Indeed, I left as the proud owner of not ONE but FOUR vases and a pretty bowl and some…ok, well, you know how that story goes.
Bottom line: Need stuff? They’ve got it.

First time I have been to a goodwill that sorts everything by color and not by size. My old home one sorted by size THEN color, so you could find your size quickly. I spent 10 mins looking for a long sleeved shirt but wasn't able find one in my size before I gave up and left

Extremely over priced. The tops are selling for same price as new tops from TJ max. They’re selling the purses for 12-20 dollars and shoes for over 10 dollars. Crazy work. On more than one occasion I have heard employees yelling at eachother from the back room.

Very limited selection, quite a few damaged and dirty items on display unfortunately. It was our first time here and we found a nice basket to buy, but it was high at $7.50 for such a small basket that was still damaged on one side.

There is no clear indication of where a line starts, no sign. I saw a gentleman waiting in line and I stood behind him. We waited at least 15 mins before someone else came in line after us, and Deb attended them before us.

She explained after she takes the next person that we aren’t in line- but made no effort prior to taking the next customer to tell us we weren’t standing in the right place.

The man ahead of us was in a wheelchair and also did not know where the line started, there is no indication of where it starts. And DEB chooses to skip over him and us while she saw we were waiting in line for 15 mins before someone else comes along and attends them instead.

Then takes her sweet time catching up with the customer about life before attending the rest of us.

Very unprofessional and rude. Management should add clear signage indicating where a line starts and offer a cleaner selection.

This goodwill is smaller than most. Unfortunately there wasn't much to find on this trip. Prices were little to high.

The store is very neat and tidy. However, the pricing is absurd on their picture frames. There are obviously different people setting prices.

I'll start with the positive. The staff were friendly, I even had more than one ask me if I needed help. This is one of the best organized thrift stores I've been to. The prices on clothes are decent and even a good deal if you happen to get it on sale based on the tag sale of the day. But the toy department was abismally overpriced. $10 for a used dingy dollhouse... $5 for a old beat up plastic toy car? And then my ultimate favorite, $4.99 for an empty giant plastic egg- I kid you not, see the photo 🤦🏽‍♀️ I asked the manager if the prices were negotiable. "No they are not". Cool.
