The audacity! The prices at the store are completely uncalled for. They are relatively nice things granted I understand that however this is a secondhand store. All the stuff is given to them for free. How are they gonna charge $30 for a pair of shoes? Every brick and mortar seems to be closing locations left and right because of all online retailers like Amazon they make it so cheap and easy. I want to support my local stores however this is absolutely ridiculous!! This stuff is given for free. I cannot express that enough. Why are you gouging prices unused products, that were free!!

I visited this goodwill and noticed it's relatively smaller compared to other goodwill stores in Orlando. They primarily sell ladies dresses, a few men's clothing options, and some home decor. However, the prices here are on the higher side. You can often find better deals at stores like TJ Maxx, Ross, or Burlington.Despite being labeled as a boutique, the layout and organization of this place could be improved. It felt a bit cluttered and unorganized, making the shopping experience less enjoyable. If you're looking for a wider selection and competitive prices, you might want to explore other options in the area.

This was my first time here,before I came it's says they were rude and Racist,u cannot believe what u read,I had the best experience,the staff was very friendly courteous, even the customers, they treated me very well and the prices was reasonable for designer purses and clothes,this is my new spot,so always go and experience for yourself,no racism here..go out and support this Goodwill it's a rare gem give them 5 stars for everything.

It’s a cool little Goodwill but the items are more expensive than you could buy them new. If the items are donated why would you charge full price

I asked the manager why they had a $100 price tag on a LV Bag behind the counter that I could tell was fake from across the room. She said cause the person that buys it won’t know the difference.

On top of that the entire staff I had interactions with were rude.

I’ll stick to the bigger stores, these Goodwill folks need to stop acting like they’re Bougie… YOU ARE STILL A GOODWILL even if you are in Winter Park.

Sundays are when the 50% off color of the week changes. I went to the store at 9:45 (posted hours are 10-8 on Sunday) only to find they open at 9:30. Apparently this is only for “select” people of their choosing, as it is not noted anywhere. It is unfair that they do this for certain people, giving them an advantage to purchase items just marked down 50% before the general public. Shady to say the least.

place is clean. Most of the clothes are branded and neat to look at. You can find pair of shoes that was rarely used at all by looking at the sole of the shoes. Parking is on either side of the store.

We love this place. The prices are a little unrealistic at times, but there’s often treasure to be had. Small and charming in the land of Goodwill.
