great concept, AWFUL execution. every single time i order from this app, i remember why i don’t anymore. the wait time is the worst i’ve experienced from any food delivery service app. don’t waste your time until they fix their operations.

Never again... worst service I've ever experienced in the USA... no response regarding the new delivery time, after over an hour I canceled and now they've kept my money... that's another way to make money and in my opinion that's fraud.

Requested an order marked as complete but never delivered, tried to reorder a second time just incase it was a bad delivery, provided additional delivery instructions then got the same issue, no delivery

So unlike other states where you get hard alcohol. It's beer delivery will be hot beer. Don't expect cold beer from this location. Even if it's only 10 minutes up the road. Crazy . Since I paid a substantial amount to have free delivery on the app. But of course you have tax and tip. Which may affect how soon you get your order. Pensacola gopuff does not cone close to other states and locations. I have over 10 years google reviews and pics. I do this to save others from mistakes!

This company is ridiculous. They advertised 50% off your first two orders. I ordered one time and when I went to use my second 50% off it wouldn’t work. The chat support miraculously did not know anything about the promotion advertised and were decidedly rude. I wouldn’t waste my money with this service.

After having my deliveries delayed consistently and finally my last delivery dropped off to the wrong address, I am done with this company. When I contacted the customer service "Help" It was up to me to do their job. Check the surrounding area, contact driver (no contact info available). When asked to cancel & refund the response was a one time exception? I guess in future if they screw up I will have to pay? Cancelled everything. Do not trust this company
