Words cannot even begin to describe how amazing my bridal appointment was at Gray Collective bridal boutique!! It was magical and so much fun from the moment we stepped through the door. Sarah was amazing and was so helpful in helping me try on gowns and made it so much fun picking my dream wedding dress! I truly wish I could redo the day all over just to experience all the fun again! It’s sad to see the bridal section going away and I’m so thankful I was able to find my dream wedding dress at this boutique before their bridal gowns are gone. I recommend any bride try and get an appointment here ASAP! I also adored their regular boutique outfits, seriously they have the cutest and funnest clothes! I know where I’ll be shopping from now on!

I previously had purchased a dress a year ago from a different company. I Had my second dress fitting and it looked absolutely terrible after I had gained some weight. I only have two months until my wedding. We called Gray Collective from the parking lot of my dress fitting and explained to her what happened. She was SO sweet and helpful, she moved some things around and got me in that day! My experience at Gray Collective was a amazing! It was so different than the other dress shops I have been to. It was a memorable experience for me and my mother. The boutique was so cute and charming, it was very clean and the amount of different dresses and clothing there was great. I picked some dresses and the owner picked some out for me to try on too. The selection of dresses was fantastic and very diverse. I found my absolute dream dress! For what should have been a stressful day it was the most relaxing and fun shopping experience I ever had! Thanks to the amazing owner for helping me find my dream dress. I would 12/10 recommend the Gray Collective Bridal Boutique to any Bride to be!

Very disappointed. I bought 4 lipsticks on sale to find out when I got him I did not pick out two of them that were. All wrapped up while I was shopping. Black lipstick? I have called twice and left and talked to two different young ladies explaining I would pay more for what it was I wanted! I never got a return call as they both promised. We rode our motorcycle from tampa just to go to this and one other boutique. This is not a difficult situation to figure out so I am unsure why I can’t get a call back and a solution! Super bummed.

It was a great experience from start to finish. They have the perfect selection of dresses- enough that you can try multiple different styles but not too much that you get overwhelmed. The dresses are beautiful and they are so patient and do not rush you or pressure you in any way. I brought my mom, my sister, and three friends and we had the whole store to ourselves- couldn’t have been a better experience! I found my perfect wedding dress here!

I absolutely loved my bridal experience at Gray collective. My little 1 year old came with and they were so accommodating. The girls were so helpful and made sure i made the right decision letting me try on the same dresses multiple times (and by multiple i mean 6) they also have fun small business relationships that helped make it such a fun day with free mimosas fancy cookies and champagne! Can’t recommend them enough and in love with my beautiful boho dress 🤍

This shop is the cutest Bridal boutique I have ever been too. Clean/ beautiful setup. I recently went to try on bridesmaids dresses for an upcoming wedding and I only wish this shop was around when I got married! The selection is gorgeous, large variety of unique and on trend dresses. Cassidy and her staff are so welcoming and helpful. They communicate so well and make you feel comfortable to explore the inventory. The set up is intimate so when you are trying on dresses you don’t feel like you are being put on display for all who are shopping like you would in a large chain bridal shop. I would absolutely recommend checking them out.

Small boutique experience. The dresses were insanely beautiful, and Cassidy and Ashley were the absolute sweetest to my mother (the bride!). She's very modest and shy, but they made her feel much more comfortable.

Edit 6/26: I had loved my experience so much, that I was planning on purchasing from here for my wedding, as well. Today - they lost that. The rudeness of the manager over a relatively small issue was incredibly off-putting and rather immature. It saddens me to change 5 stars down to 2 for such a reason.
