SCAM ALERT! I purchased a ring here for $140. I took it back for store credit. I have only used $100 of my credit but because the employee working at the time didn’t provide me a gift certificate, I am now out $40. The owner is aware but claims she cannot look up previous purchases in their system. We all know this isn’t true, and I provided a receipt upon my initial exchange. Prices are higher here and they will scam you if you try to return or exchange. Buyer beware!!!

Lost my purse. This was the last place we had shopped. Went back, they had closed. Sweet girl at the jewelry kiosk across from it called the owner, and the girl who closed was actually going to turn around and come back! Security super nice, started to review footage. Fortunately, staff at Cafe Nolo found my purse and actually came looking for me to return it! Such great people at this mall, everyone was SO nice and helpful! Thank you all so much.

I stopped in to have a look at their Pandora charms and bracelets. It is unfortunate that this mall seems a little run down from the outside. This store is definitely worth the visit. I love Pandora! There was only one person in here. Her name is Barbara and she made me feel like the only person in the store! She took her time and explained everything to me. Answered my million questions. Ha ha. I absolutely adored her southern accent. I ended up purchasing two charms. She took her time cleaning and packaging them for me. I will definitely return just to do business with her and I will be making this my home store for ALL my Pandora needs and wants! Thank you Barbara! You made me feel special ❤

I came in for the December sale and was browsing on the Pandora counter for a good 5 minutes. Nobody approached me and I was the only one in the store. I had to go up to the other counter to ask for help. While I was picking the charms, the lady helping me called another lady to help out. When that other lady finally came, it felt like we were bothering her. She had some reports to finish, apparently, and the whole experience from then on was not pleasant. No smiles at all. Sorry for bothering you for wanting to buy something. Zero customer service. Next time, I am buying from the Pandora store itself even if I have to drive farther. It was just convenient at that time, but never again!

I am always greeted with a smiling face. Very helpful for what I am looking for. They seem to really care about their customers. The store is always clean and is an easy shopping experience. The variety of items is Fantastic. I always shop there for myself and for most my gifts. Also I was very impressed with is if they do not have what you want in stock they will transfer from another store. I HIGHLY recommend shopping there. Like and Follow them on their Facebook page. Many wonderful reviews and you can see what sales and new merchandise they get in.

Wonderful place to go shopping for others and for yourself. The staff always makes you feel welcomed and they have a positive attitude. They care about their customers and letting them know about their products. Not to mention that they have a variety of things in the store. For example: Pandora, Alex and Ani, Swarovski, Simply Southern and many other decore. Every time I go back I always find something new and interesting. Also, their store is well organized and most importantly clean. I highly recommend going to Gray Fox and they are always up to date on their Facebook page if you have any questions.

I love this little boutique! Great selection of Pandora, Alex & Ani, and other smaller gift selections. Love the Swan Creek candles, and I can always find the latest styles from Simply Southern. The Clermont, and Lakeland locations are nice, as well!
