My experience at Great Wolf Lodge was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The indoor water park is definitely the highlight—perfect for all ages with a great mix of thrill rides, lazy rivers, and splash zones for younger kids.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a fun, cozy lodge theme that really added to the whole experience. We stayed in a KidCabin Suite, and the themed bunk beds were a huge hit with the kids!

There were also plenty of activities outside of the water park, like MagiQuest, arcade games, story time, and crafts that kept everyone entertained. The dining options were family-friendly and convenient, with something for everyone.

Overall, it’s the perfect place for a family getaway. Everything you need is right on-site, and the whole environment feels safe, fun, and designed with families in mind. Can’t wait to go back!

This is 100% the best Great Wolf location I’ve ever been to. They have an amazing waterpark with multiple slides and amazing kids structure as well as a wave pool which this is the only one I’ve been to with a wave pool. On top of all this, they have the new magic quest Storyline, and they have the different shops: the ice cream shop in arcade and you get the point. The room is amazing. Our room had a bunkbed, a single twin bed, and then a queen bed, which got serviced every day and looked amazing. All the food they have here is amazing as well as the convenience that you can charge it to your room using just your wristband I highly recommend this as it also has an outdoor park and is amazing for kids. This is the best great Wolf Lodge that I think is in the whole chain.

We had the a 2 bed not themed room, it was clean and spacious. It was the first room past the elevators but still nice and quiet. All staff throughout the facility were very friendly and helpful. We only stayed one night, I would say two nights would be the best length of stay. The water park was awesome and lots of fun and we decided to stay after checkout which was allowed without charge. The food at their Fireside restaurant was really good (had a massive burger), the pizza by the pool was also good but their fries (restaurant and by the pool) were below average. We didn’t explore outside the hotel but when we left, we noticed a few options for food.

Whenever I travel, I always say, “Happy staff usually means happy guests”—and this place was overflowing with both! From the moment we arrived at Great Wolf Lodge, we were greeted by smiling faces and genuinely happy employees.||Juju at the front desk was a standout—extremely helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate a few requests at check-in. She set the tone for a great stay. My 4-year-old son had the time of his life with MagiQuest, and once he became a Master Magi, the staff treated him like he was Obi-Wan Kenobi himself. It was pure magic.||The water park crew, restaurant teams, and lobby activity directors were all upbeat, friendly, and patient—even with dozens of energetic kids running around. Their energy never faltered, and it made such a difference.||Though we didn’t make it to Fireside, we enjoyed the buffet and the quick-service spot by the water park. Even when they were clearly swamped with a crowd of hungry little “Wolves,” the staff served everyone with a smile—and those Bucket Burgers hit the spot.||The entire lodge—from the water park to the lobby to our room—was spotless. I was especially impressed that even the public restrooms were clean and well-maintained in the middle of a busy day.||Great Wolf Lodge far exceeded our expectations and made Carter’s Spring Break truly unforgettable. We will DEFINITELY be back. Cheers to the amazing team at Great Wolf Lodge—you made our stay truly special!

This Place Is Awesome. We don't have to travel to Georgia anymore. Everyone was so nice .The new design was outstanding. The room are all new and very clean. The Buffet was nice move, no long lines..We had a fantastic time there and our kids absolutely loved it. Check-in was easy and fast at the self-check-in station, the hotel's texting service about rooms, activity tips and even check-out was topnotch. The room was super-cool, kids loved the bunk-bed area. There is a lot to do at the hotel besides the Waterpark. Our kids loved the arcade room

I think an overall score over 3, below 4 is accurate….3.5 is probably a perfect score. The location is very easy to get to off I-75. Checking was easy, no real complaint there. I had absolutely no issues with the rooms. The kids loved the bunk beds, there was plenty of towels/bedding, and the pull out couch was great. PLENTY of entertainment for the kids. As much as I hate spending money on wands, it is essential for kids to get the real experience. The indoor pool has plenty of different water rides and pools. We got the cabana and it’s probably a waste of money for what you get. The service was overwhelmed and it would take over 30 min to get orders. Safety was excellent with lifeguards on high alert. Let me identify the gripe and it’s really just 1. The food is adequate. We did the breakfast buffet and Italian dinner buffet. For the price of the buffet, I don’t think it’s up to par. The chicken parm was good. The vegetables undercooked. Only one selection for a real meat and served sparingly. I found the serving size for the cheesecake laughably large….probably could cut it in half and the bill some just on that alone. Breakfast included an omelet and the food was better than dinner. Pancakes were inedible, even covered in sweets by the candy bar. My advice would be to eat elsewhere, but enjoy the stay! Overall I think we will come again one day, but no anytime soon. Oh, and the random, 2 x alarms to exit the building at 9 Pm and 11 PM hopefully was just a fluke.

We took our son here for an early birthday celebration. The check-in was quick and easy using the self check-in kiosk. We knew our room wasn’t going to be ready until 4pm but you can go anytime the day of check-in to enjoy the water park so we got there around noon and within 5 minutes of checking in the room was ready which was surprising. Be aware that they put a $100 room reservation hold on your credit card and the parking was $15 plus tax for overnight parking. The room was clean and comfortable. They had kid activities every few hours throughout the day. The water park was not overly crowded and warm. The staff members were friendly and nice. The food is overpriced which we tried not to eat there much and ate outside. Overall we enjoyed ourselves and definitely will be back with more family next time.

Our kids loved the arcade room and Phil, who worked there the 2 days we stayed at the Lodge made it extra special for them, he went above and beyond to made sure the kids having a great time. The ropes course was pretty awesome, Susan, who worked at the course had lots of great tips and advices for us, she was outstanding as well. Was there a longer wait for food in peak times, yes, but we were on vacation and not in a hurry. The entire family had a blast at the Lodge and we will be back soon.
